Welcome to a spacious and beautifully renovated archipelago home, ideally suited for large groups or two to three families traveling together. Set in a peaceful, scenic location near the sea, this property offers both privacy and flexibility, as the house is divided into two fully self-contained apartments, each with its own entrance. Apartment 1 (Ground Floor): Large kitchen and living area, three bedrooms with six full-size beds, bathroom, generous social spaces, and a wood-burning stove for added warmth and atmosphere. Apartment 2 (Upper Floor): Kitchen and living area, two bedrooms with three full-size beds and a bunk bed. Bathroom and laundry room are located on the ground floor. The house offers 11 regular beds plus the option of an extra bed, a high chair upon request, fiber Wi-Fi, air-source heat pumps on both floors, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Free parking is available for up to three cars. The entire house is yours, excluding the garage. Boat lovers will appreciate the nearby boat ramp at Lervikshamnen and complimentary use of a 2.20 m wide boat berth (advance notice required). The lush private garden is framed by several cozy patios, while cliffs and the sea are just a short walk away. A swimming jetty is reachable in five minutes on foot, and the popular bathing area at Kyrkogårdsviken is only 300 meters from the house. The charming fishing village of Mollösund lies just 2 km away. Explore Mollösund’s restaurants, swimming spots, tennis, padel, outdoor gym, and coastal walking trails, or take ferry trips to Kärringön, Gullholmen, and Härmanö. A true west coast gem - perfect for unforgettable group stays.
