The Tauber Relax Loft is an exclusive 4-star deluxe vacation home for couples, singles, and business travelers seeking unique accommodations with plenty of privacy. Spanning approximately 70 m², this extraordinary duplex loft in Hochhausen near Tauberbischofsheim combines wellness, rustic charm, and modern design. Located directly on the Main-Tauber-Franconian Cycle Route, it is also an ideal starting point for biking and hiking in the lovely Tauber Valley.
Living with a Unique Character
The loft was created from a former wood shed. During the renovation, sections of the old, thick sandstone walls were deliberately preserved and combined with plenty of wood, metal railings, and high-quality furniture. The result is a rustic yet elegant atmosphere with a genuine loft character spread across three open levels.
The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), is located on the upper level. The middle level invites you to relax with a huge, cozy couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove. Especially on cooler evenings, the fire creates a wonderfully cozy atmosphere.
Private Sauna & Wellness
A special highlight is the private wellness area with its own sauna, which is available exclusively to guests during their stay. Customizable colored sauna lighting and a built-in sound system allow you to play your own music via Bluetooth. Plenty of towels, sauna towels, bathrobes, and a variety of sauna scents round out your personal wellness retreat.

The Relax Loft is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, but it’s also popular with solo travelers looking to unwind and with business travelers who want more than just a standard hotel room after a day of work.
Private Terrace & Enjoyment
You can also relax wonderfully outdoors: The private terrace, complete with an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, and seating area, offers a secluded retreat. On the large Napoleon gas grill, you can wind down the evening in complete relaxation with a delicious meal.
The well-equipped kitchen features, among other things, a fully automatic coffee machine, a coffee maker, and a smoothie blender. Coffee, tea, spices, and beverages for your first night are provided.
Cyclists and e-bike riders can set out on tours through the Tauber Valley right from the accommodation. A garage parking space and Wi-Fi are included. If you don’t feel like cooking in the evening, you’ll find the cozy “Grasmückle” beer garden in town; additional restaurants are located in nearby Werbach.
Thanks to its open-concept, duplex-style layout, the loft spans three levels. Stairs inside the accommodation lead from one level to the next and should be taken into account when booking.

The Hochhausen district of Tauberbischofsheim is located right on the Tauber River, making it ideal for hiking, biking, and water sports on the river.
Guests can rent bicycles and e-bikes at Zweirad Schunder, located just about 5 km away. Bikes from the Taubertal bike rental service can even be conveniently delivered and picked up. During peak season, online reservations are recommended.

Access to the Tauber River is just 50 meters away. Stand-up paddleboards can be rented from us on site. Swimming is also possible here. Fishing permits available through the Tourist Information in Tauberbischofsheim.
There are outdoor swimming pools 5 km away in Wenkheim (25-meter lane) and in Tauberbischofsheim (33.33-meter lane, slides, and diving platform).
For wellness enthusiasts, Solymar Therme in Bad Mergentheim (25 km) is worth a day trip.
The gastronomy in Hochhausen and the neighboring areas offers regional broom taverns, traditional cuisine, beer gardens, as well as Italian and Croatian cuisine. Shopping options: supermarkets E-Center, Lidl, Aldi, and dm (about 4km away). Sunday rolls approximately 5 km away at Genußwolke 7 towards Tauberbischofsheim highway entrance or at the Café/Baker in the Edeka market in Wenkheim.
