The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace or relax in the in-house sauna. The air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures even on hot days.

The district of Hochhausen in Tauberbischofsheim is located directly on the Tauber, ideal for hiking and cycling tours and water sports on the river.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented by guests at the bicycle dealer Esser, which is only about 3 km away, or at Zweirad Schunder. Even more conveniently, bicycles can be delivered and picked up again by Radverleih Taubertal. Online reservation is recommended during the peak season. For a short break on-site and also for children:
- Children's playground at the Tauber (up to 12 years)
- Meeting place with fitness equipment for adults
- Boules lane at the church
- Beach volleyball court in Werbach
- Dirt bike course in Werbach
- Kneipp facilities in Werbach, Wenkheim, and Tauberbischofsheim
- Access to the Tauber river is only 50 meters away. Stand-up paddle boards can be rented from us on-site. Swimming is also possible here. Fishing permits available through the Tourist Information of Tauberbischofsheim.
Public swimming pools are located 5 km away in Wenkheim (25 m lane) and in Tauberbischofsheim (33.33 m lane and diving platform - reopening after renovation in mid-2025).
For wellness enthusiasts, the Solymar Spa in Bad Mergentheim (25 km) is worth a day trip.
The dining options in Hochhausen and neighboring areas offer regional taverns, traditional cuisine, beer gardens, as well as Italian and Croatian dishes. Shopping options: Nahkauf (about 800 m away) for daily needs, supermarkets E-Center, Lidl, Aldi, and dm (about 4km away). Sunday rolls about 5 km away at Kilian Bäck towards the Tauberbischofsheim highway ramp or at the Café/Baker in the E-Center in Wenkheim.
