Our holiday home Sunflower has three bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms with shower, a living/kitchen area, fireplaces, TV, terraces, balcony, garden, barbecue area, a wellness area with sauna and tub and a washing machine. The house is not rented out directly or indirectly to pets and is therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers!
The open, bright living, dining and kitchen area with an unobstructed view of the Mühlfeldsee can become the centre of your holiday time together. The large glass surfaces and light bands transmit the atmosphere of the four seasons unadulterated into your "own" four walls.
In addition to the high-quality furnishings (underfloor heating, fitted kitchen with modern appliances), a harmoniously coordinated interior awaits you
With your modern holiday home directly at Lake Hainer See, you can enjoy your well-deserved days off on 3 floors with approximately 160 m² of living space. The spacious terraces and the 230 m² property invite you to relax, barbecue evenings and social gatherings. Your fully equipped holiday home leaves hardly anything to be desired.

Lake Hainer See is part of the Leipziger Neuseenland and is located right next to the municipality of Neukieritzsch, which has a population of 5800, in charming surroundings with lots of nature.
For a healthy breakfast & co, it is a good idea to take advantage of the fresh products from the regional producers, some with delivery service
By car, bicycle or on foot, there are many varied excursion options and cultural activities. You can explore the nearby nature reserves in the Leipziger Neuseenland as well as the vibrant cities of Leipzig and Berlin and the cultural highlights of Dresden and Potsdam or the Bauhaus city of Dessau
The network of cycling and hiking trails is extensive. A romantic harbour with restaurants and cafés invites you to linger.
If you like horses or horseback riding, visit the regional riding stables and experience a horse-drawn carriage ride through nature.
Leipzig, about 25 km away, offers you, your children and your friends a wide range of shopping, recreational, cultural and sporting activities - whatever the weather. From Auerbachs Keller to the Belantis amusement and adventure park, the Grassi Museum, the Mädlerpassage, Leipzig's Nikolai Church, the Monument to the Battle of the Nations, the Woliday water park, the world-famous Leipzig Zoo and first-class sporting events (e.g. 1st league: football, soccer, tennis, etc.). Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before arrival receive a 100% refund of the booking amount. If they cancel after this time, they will not receive a refund. Under pandemic conditions, the following cancellation policies currently apply: Guests can cancel free of charge if an area has been locked down or a ban on tourist rentals has been imposed. Which areas are affected can be found in the respective regulation of the federal state where the holiday accommodation is located. This is a case of legal impossibility: landlords are not allowed to provide the accommodation and thus cannot fulfill the contractually agreed upon service. Advanced payments, or the entire rental price if transferred, will be refunded.

We had a wonderful Advent weekend in this great house at Hainer Lake.
A modern, cozy holiday home with everything the heart desires.
We particularly enjoyed the sauna at this time of year.
There was even a small, sweet Christmas market right around the corner at the estate that weekend.

Dream villa

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass eure Räder gestohlen wurden.
Neben der Nutzung der Fahrradhalterung auf dem Grundstück/ auf Privat-Stellplatz besteht natürlich jederzeit auch die Möglichkeit, die Räder im abgeschlossenen Garten am Zaun anzuschließen, nicht einsehbar von der Straße oder auch im Erdgeschoss des Ferienhauses abzustellen.
