Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this charming villa located in the quiet urbanisation of Manresa, Alcudia. Sleeping up to 7 people, this property is just 20 steps from the beach, offering direct access to the sea with no need to plan ahead. Relax on the terrace with barbecue while enjoying the stunning views.

The interior of the villa is spacious and modern, with a bright living-dining room perfect for gatherings with family or friends. Equipped with satellite TV, CD player and air conditioning in all rooms, this Villa offers a comfortable environment all year round. The gas kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare delicious meals, and the house also has a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The villa has 4 bedrooms: two with twin beds and two with double beds, one of them with en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom, also with shower, serves the rest of the house. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available on request.

Located in one of the quietest areas of the Bay of Pollença, the villa is surrounded by a natural environment and mostly inhabited by local residents. Within a few minutes' drive you will find all kinds of services and entertainment, from shops to restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Alcudia's markets, held on Tuesdays and Sundays, are a must-see, as are the Roman ruins and the nearby beaches of Muro, Can Picafort and Formentor.
