If you are traveling as a family, there is also a crib and high chair available, ideal for the little ones.

Outside, a well-kept private garden with mountain views awaits you, a spacious terrace on the ground floor and, on the first floor, another terrace with panoramic views; and outdoors a private pool, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and relaxing throughout your stay.

The property offers ample parking for guests. The villa is located in a privileged location, 700 meters from the beach, making it an excellent starting point to discover the north of Mallorca and enjoy its landscapes, coves, and charming villages.

Parties and events are not allowed.
The property has Verisure video surveillance systems in certain areas inside the house. Use of air conditioning: Air conditioning is an optional service and is not included in the price of the stay. It can be contracted upon arrival by paying the corresponding amount in cash:
Night rate (21:00-09:00): €20 per night.
Full rate (24 hours): €50 per night.
Eco-tax: To be paid upon arrival, in accordance with current regulations of the Balearic Islands.
Baby equipment: We have up to two baby sets, each consisting of a crib and a high chair. The first set is provided free of charge. If a second set is requested, it will cost €15 per night, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Payment conditions:
To confirm the reservation, 10% of the total amount must be paid, which will be non-refundable.
60 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid (including the 10% already paid as a deposit).
30 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation amount must be paid.
