The house is surrounded by a breathtaking landscape that invites exploration. Enjoy the tranquility of the forest and the fresh air. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the surrounding nature and is the perfect place for relaxed hours or cozy evenings.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with a modern air conditioning system that ensures pleasant temperatures no matter the season. The fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine, makes cooking a pleasure. A washing machine is also available, which is especially practical for a longer stay. The living room invites you to relax with a cozy sofa and a TV. Free WiFi is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected even on vacation. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. For guests arriving by car, a parking space is available. Please note that the holiday home is a non-smoking accommodation. Here is the translation to English: Any cancellation must be communicated to J. NIJSKENS in writing. Depending on the date of cancellation by the tenant, J. NIJSKENS will charge the following amounts: * Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 50 euros. * Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rent. * Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rent. * Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rent. * For bookings over Christmas and New Year (period from December 15th), a cancellation fee of 45 euros applies, plus 50% of the rental price for cancellations between 180 and 60 days in advance, and 100% for cancellations within 60 days. If the tenant does not use the holiday apartment or leaves before the end of the rental period, no refund will be given.
