Discover your new home away from home in the Valencia holiday flat, located in Real de Gandia. This charming holiday home sleeps up to two guests in 65 square metres of living space, with one bedroom, one bathroom, a living-dining room, a conservatory. In addition, there is a sun terrace of around 50m2 and a private saltwater pool (8m x 4m) with outdoor shower.
The flat is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. For your convenience, bed linen, two TVs, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are also provided.
There is an electric barbecue for outside.
There are radiators in all rooms to provide cosy warmth in the winter months (central heating). There is air conditioning in the bedroom and various fans in the other rooms to ensure a pleasant climate in summer.
The Valencia holiday flat offers a range of outdoor amenities. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the garden or prepare a delicious dinner on the electric barbecue. On hot days, you can cool off in the refreshing swimming pool. A covered and illuminated car park is available for your vehicle.
The flat has a terrace where you can watch the sunrise or sunset. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can keep a cool head even on hot days.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
