Situated between Aurich and Norden-Norddeich, you will find our holiday flat, which is classified as 5* by the DTV, is as good as new and very quiet with upscale furnishings. Our house is in an absolutely secluded location, quiet but still central.
A private terrace with teak garden furniture, beach chair and barbecue, as well as an outdoor pool with high-quality rattan loungers to relax and unwind, make this 55 sqm upper flat for up to six people a very special holiday home.
While parents relax on the terrace or in the pool, our younger guests can let off steam in the park-like garden. Here you will find a playground with slide, swing, giant trampoline, playhouse with wave slide and sandbox.
The flat has a large living room with dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen area. The cosy sitting area invites you to relax. Here you will find a flat-screen TV as well as a DVD player. You can connect your own USB stick to the music system and relax to pleasant music. Most of the flat is tiled, and the living/dining area has a high-quality cork floor for a pleasant atmosphere.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to spoil your loved ones. A dishwasher makes your work easier. Our cooker has a ceramic hob and a convection oven, the refrigerator is with freezer. In addition to a coffee machine and a fully automatic coffee maker, there is also a kettle, a toaster, an egg boiler, a microwave and a hoover. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and tea towels are also provided.
Furthermore, the flat has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom is decorated in a country house style and is bright and friendly. Here you will find a large double bed (180cmx200cm) with adjustable slatted frames. A second, smaller bedroom is located one level higher and has two single beds (90cm x 200cm), also with adjustable slatted frames and an additional flat-screen TV. We provide you with bed linen free of charge. You are also welcome to book infant equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bucket, changing mat, fall-out protection) free of charge.
Our guests find our wellness oasis in the bathroom to be an absolute highlight! In addition to the whirlpool, it is also equipped with a massage steam sauna - shower and offers relaxation in a dreamlike and luxurious atmosphere.
We place special emphasis on the safety of our guests, which is why our holiday homes are equipped with fire alarms. To keep your valuables safe, there is also a safe in our house.
A coin-operated telephone is also available and you can use our WLAN free of charge on request.
We provide our guests with the outdoor pool and bicycles free of charge. The use of the fitness room with roller bath massage, deep heat (by appointment) and a treadmill available 24 hours a day in our log cabin as well as a solarium are available for a fee.
In addition, the accommodation has a washing machine - dryer combination, which is located in your spacious bathroom. Furthermore, a clothes horse as well as an iron and ironing board are available.
A free parking space also belongs to this holiday flat.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house.

Location and surroundings of object
Ost-Victorbur, a few kilometres from the Great Sea and the North Sea coast. The holiday flat, which has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV, is located in Südbrookmerland, Ost-Victorbur district, in the heart of East Frisia. The North Sea coast (Norden-Norddeich) is about 15-20 minutes away by car.
Shopping facilities and restaurants are 2.5 km away.
There are two moor museums within a radius of three kilometres of the flat.
You will also find beautiful fishing spots in the immediate vicinity and interesting bicycle tours are possible.
In the middle of a quiet lake landscape, and only 5 km from us, lies the Great Sea. Here you have the opportunity to drink coffee, go for a walk or take a bike tour with our free rental bikes.
For the children there is a go-kart track in Marienhafe, 6 km away from us, as well as the Störtebeker Tower with its church museum for the whole family.
Day trips to the East Frisian Islands, to Helgoland or Groningen (NL) , Oldenburg, Hamburg and Bremen are popular ways to spend your free time. Or visit the coast! Norddeich, Greetsiel, Bensersiel and Dornumersiel are just a few places worth visiting.
You also have the option of taking a mudflat hike to Baltrum or visiting the seal breeding station in Nordddeich. If the weather is not so nice, the Ocean Wave leisure pool in Norddeich and the sunny island of Bensersiel invite you to an extensive day of swimming.
