Description

The magnificent, newly built "The Beach Forest House" is located in the small, quiet private park Scalde Oort. The wide beaches, Westerschouwen forestry and cozy restaurants are all within walking distance. In the sunny garden, you can enjoy the long summer evenings in the lounge area after a day at the beach.

The very tastefully furnished, bright living room has beautiful, high windows up to the ridge and breathes a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The comfortable seating area has a large corner couch. The house features free Wi-Fi and SMART TV, where you can access NETFLIX (via your own account) among other channels. Through the patio doors in the living room, you enter the sunny terrace with a picnic table and lounge area. Of course, there is also a grill to stylishly end the day. In the new, open kitchen, you can enjoy long meals and cozy evenings with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a combo-microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. The adjacent dining area seats 6 people.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe. The adjacent bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. On the first floor are the other two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and one with 2 single beds (90x200) and a desk. All rooms offer ample storage space. On this floor, you will find an additional bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The entire holiday home is heated via underfloor heating. A washing machine is available. In the storage room, you can safely store your bicycles, for example. The private parking space is approximately 20 meters from the house. 50 meters from the house. Close to Park Scalde Oort there is a supermarket that is open during the season.
