The location of the apartment is unbeatable, with both the harbour and the city centre just a few minutes away.
Despite its central location, the apartment offers a quiet atmosphere where you can relax and unwind.
Highlights of the apartment include the swivel TV, which you can watch from both the dining table and the bedroom, as well as the smart home control system.
The large, very comfortable sofa in the living room is not a proper sofa bed, but still offers enough space for a small child.

The 34-kilometer-long Flensburg Fjord is considered one of the most beautiful water sports areas in the Baltic Sea and offers ideal conditions for sailors, surfers, and water sports enthusiasts. Sailing can be learned in one of the many sailing clubs or at the Hanseatic Yacht School in Glücksburg. Berths are available in club-owned marinas, the idyllic guest sailor harbor, or other marinas. Around the Holnis peninsula, surfers will find suitable spots for almost any wind direction, and diving clubs invite visitors to explore the underwater world. Of course, the fjord can also be enjoyed from land: Fine sandy beaches and clean seawater on both shores invite swimming and relaxation. Watching the boats go by or lingering in one of the many street cafés, you'll quickly experience the special Flensburg holiday atmosphere. Flensburg's old town is also worth a visit. Historic merchants' houses, lovingly restored facades, and winding alleyways tell the rich story of this former port and trading city. Flensburg's Rum & Sugar Mile traces the history of the West Indies trade and showcases the architectural legacy of the great merchant families, sugar refiners, and rum houses. A visit to the Flensburg Brewery and an exploration of the city's maritime culture are also highly recommended.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung, ruhige, zentrale Lage, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir planen eine Wiederholung, ein Wochenende ist zu wenig!

We spent a week together in the very stylishly furnished apartment. It is located in the best area, right by the Nordertor. Visible from the window, just behind the private parking lot of the residential building, is the Phänomenta. We were able to relax and visit the Hafenspitze, the shipping museum, and the Flensburger brewery on foot. The apartment is on the 4th. The floor (with elevator) is quite small, with a large room for the sleeping area, living room, and open kitchen - perfect for a one-week stay and equipped with high-quality furniture. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, and the view from the windows overlooking the harbor is amazing! Overall, we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The arrival and departure is very well organized through the contactless key handover, so that even with a later arrival due to traffic jams, everything runs smoothly. The contact with Port54° and also with the landlord was very pleasant, and feedback was taken into account excellently. A clear recommendation for all couples or solo travelers who want to explore Flensburg on foot!
