Description

The Villa Pieron and Bavigo is a new modern holiday villa near Pula with a whirlpool and sauna. It is a semi-detached house and the Villa Pieron and Bavigo share only the back wall, otherwise each villa is a self-contained accommodation with a separate enclosed property.

Both villas are each equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living area with kitchen, and an outdoor area with private pool as well as whirlpool and sauna. Table tennis and table football are available for entertainment. On the first floor there is a beautiful living area with access to the outside, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a comfortable double bedroom with TV and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 more comfortable double bedrooms with TV, each with a private bathroom and access to the terrace.

The wellness oasis with whirlpool and sauna is also located on the second floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned and suitable for 8 people. In the outdoor area, you will find a refreshing private pool with a waterfall (the pool can also be heated on request, which is ideal outside the main season), beautiful garden furniture, a covered dining terrace, sun loungers, and parasols. Evenings spent together can be enjoyed barbecuing in the summer kitchen. In the fully fenced yard, 2 private parking spaces are available to you. The special feature of the two villas is that the properties can also be rented together for larger families and, with a total of 8 bedrooms, offer space for up to 16 people.

Youth groups are not allowed, except on request.
