Description

The luxury villa Nerra with a private hydromassage pool (30 m²), sauna, jacuzzi, and gym represents a modern designer villa. It is located in Medulin, Istria, just 230 meters from the sea and the nearest beach. Medulin is a popular destination in Istria, offering beautiful beaches, various activities for children, and a wide selection of restaurants with delicious delicacies. The villa stretches over a plot of 600 m², while the interior of the villa covers an impressive 400 m². It consists of three floors and offers luxurious accommodations for guests, including a total of four bedrooms, four private bathrooms, and two guest WCs.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its own bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV, and have direct access to the pool. Some steps lead to a special lounge, the wine cellar. The villa also has an elevator for your convenience.

The second floor consists of an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an exit to the outdoor terrace, where you can dine with friends or family. On the other side of the floor, there is a balcony and a guest toilet. On the third floor, you can work out in the gym and then relax in the spa area, which features a Jacuzzi and a sauna with a beautiful view of the sea and the city of Medulin, which is truly breathtaking. On this floor, there is also the fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a TV, en suite bathroom, and exit to the outdoor terrace with a direct sea view. Also available for your use are table tennis, table football, two charging stations for electric cars, and an outdoor grill. Upon request, the pool can also be heated.
