Welcome to the Feuerstein Holiday Home - an idyllic vacation paradise on Mönchgut! With 130 square meters of living space, our holiday home can accommodate up to 7 guests. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all equipped with modern amenities.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, inviting you to relax. A terrace with barbecue facilities is also available, perfect for cozy evenings with family and friends. For your vehicles, we offer ample parking spaces and a wallbox for electric cars.
Inside, you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. A TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are also available. An iron and hairdryer complete the amenities.
A sauna is available for relaxation, inviting you to linger after a long day in the fresh air. The facility is allergy-friendly and the house is a non-smoking property. Long-term rentals are possible.
The loving decor and high-quality wooden furniture create a pleasant ambiance. The large windows let in plenty of light and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have cozy beds. The bathrooms are modernly designed and equipped with high-quality fittings and ceramics. Mönchgut: A picturesque peninsula on the island of Rügen, known for its nature and fishing villages.
The right half of the house, spread over two levels, offers with a living space of 128 m², a furnished terrace, and a garden with southwest orientation, ample space for relaxing vacation days. On the ground floor is the very spacious, high-quality tiled living and dining room with a large oak dining table for eight people. The living area provides comfort with a modern seating area and an armchair, as well as a fireplace. Please bring your own firewood.
For great entertainment after an eventful day of vacation, there is an LCD TV, a Blu-Ray/DVD player with an extensive DVD collection, and a SONOS home cinema system. The SONOS system consists of a SONOS Beam, two SONOS ONE as a surround set, and a subwoofer for more intense bass. With a fiber-optic connection and up to 250 MBit/s, you're at the forefront on Rügen! If your children are coming along, we can gladly throttle the speed :-)
A well-stocked collection of books and games ensures there's no boredom, even in bad weather. The high-quality kitchenette, seamlessly integrated into the living area, includes a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-zone induction cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, waffle iron, and various small items that complete the kitchen equipment.
One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and is equipped with a box-spring bed with a continuous mattress (140cm x 200cm). The modern shower bath with a flat shower tray and toilet is also located on the ground floor.
The entire ground floor has a door width of approximately 95 cm, allowing wheelchair users to move around freely.
In the upper floor, which is fitted with designer flooring, there are three more bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 180 cm wide double bed (one of them with a 220 cm extra length) and a flat-screen TV each. And if urgent office work is needed during the vacation, it can be done in one of these bedrooms at the desk with seating. The third bedroom has a corner bunk bed with two single beds size 90x200 cm and a smaller desk with seating. There is ample space for your wardrobe in all bedrooms.
The spacious bathroom features a shower with a flat shower tray, a bathtub, and the house's own sauna. A spacious washing area with a toilet and bidet as well as a hair dryer is also included.
The entire non-smoking house is equipped with underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. There are no additional costs for phone calls to German landlines.
Good to know:
In the utility room, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for free use. Also a high chair for toddlers and a travel cot for children with an extra thick mattress (60 x 120 x 6 cm).
There are 2 parking spaces available for each semi-detached house on the property. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bicycle shed. There is also a barbecue grill available in this holiday home. Guests with electric vehicles can conveniently charge them at an in-house electric charging station (0.60 EUR/kWh) with up to 11 kW charging power and a type 2 charging cable for electric cars. The billing is done through a deposit of 100€ per week.

This semi-detached house is suitable for 1-8 people. The two non-smoking half-houses can be booked either individually or together as a complete house!

We built the vacation home with a lot of effort, time, and love. The standard was always to build as if one would move in with the entire family. We maintained this until the last day and do not want to compromise on our standards. My accommodation is very suitable for couples, business travelers, families (with children), and for workation. Fiber optic connection with 250 MBit/s is available.
