Welcome to Casa Caracol!
Our charming beach house is located in S'Estany d'en Mas, Porto Cristo on Mallorca, directly on the beach of Playa Romantica. This makes it ideal for family vacations.
The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, which offers shade and relaxation on the small terrace in front of the entrance. A barbecue area with gas and charcoal grill is available on the rooftop terrace, perfect for cozy barbecues outdoors. Thanks to the air conditioners (w/c) and fans, the house stays pleasantly cool on hot days, but can also be fully heated on cool winter days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a spacious kitchenette, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large side-by-side refrigerator, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, as well as dishes and cutlery. An extractor hood ensures a pleasant cooking experience. Various games, a television, and a Blu-ray player/PS4 in the living room provide entertainment. A satellite TV connection is also available. A washing machine and a dryer offer additional comfort.
For our youngest guests, we provide a high chair upon request. Fast fiber-optic internet is available throughout the house and on the terraces. An iron with ironing board and a hairdryer are also available. Please note that Casa Caracol is a non-smoking accommodation and offers a low-allergen environment.
The beach house is furnished with great attention to detail. The stone floor is reminiscent of the sandstone cliffs from the nature reserve opposite. The wooden furniture in white and various shades of blue gives the house a warm and inviting beach atmosphere. Large windows let in plenty of daylight and offer a beautiful view of the beach and the turquoise-blue sea. Casa Caracol is more than just a holiday home – it is a home on the beach. We look forward to your visit!
The prices refer to the entire house. Linen (bed linen, towels, beach towels, etc.) is included.
Please note that we require a deposit of €300, which will be refunded to you after the house is handed over in a swept-clean condition, provided everything is in order. In addition, a tourist tax for all persons aged 16 and over is charged by the Balearic Islands, which we must collect at €2.20 per day.

Location and surroundings of object
The Casa Caracol is located on the beach of Cala S’Estany d’en Mas, better known as Playa Romantica. Opposite lies an undevelopable nature reserve that invites hiking.
Playa Romantica has a gently sloping sandy beach that extends far inland. There is space for everyone - sport and relaxation go hand in hand here. A beach bar and a restaurant on the beach cater to the tourists as needed. A small supermarket and the Petit Bar complement the offerings. Free parking is available directly in front of the door.
Cala S‘Estany d'en Mas is one of three neighboring coves, allowing one to jump back into the sea after very short walks!
In the neighboring cove, Cala Mendia, there are also more restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.
With Porto Cristo, known for the Coves del Drach, Cala Millor, and Manacor, urban life is also nearby.

Beautiful house with beach location
Beautiful house right on the beach, everything you need and more was on site. Very great guest support.

a perfect beach house
a beautiful beach house - perfectly furnished, you have everything you need, nice sleeping area, nice living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen (nothing is missing here), beautiful rooftop terrace with a view of the beach and the sea.
The beach is also a dream.
Beach accessories are also great: kids' swim boards, kayak, sand toys, fishing nets, goggles, and snorkel masks. For bad weather, you are also well-equipped with many board games, cards, PlayStation, TV, movies, and some toys for the children.
The hosts are very friendly and are always ready to give a few tips or quickly assist if help is needed or something isn't working.
We spent very nice 10 nights there and will definitely come back.

Super beautiful accommodation in a great location - everything perfect.
Casa Caracol is a beautiful accommodation in a great location with views of the beach and the sea. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. Not only is everything you might need available in the kitchen: grill on the rooftop terrace, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, PlayStation, children's toys, washing machine/dryer, etc. The overall decor is also very appealing. The conservatory with the dining area is a dream. All in all, perfect for a family vacation... also highly recommended with children!

Holiday home for family right by the beach
We enjoyed our vacation week at Casa Caracol with our two children. Everything you need for daily life (cooking, washing, showering, etc.) is available. We especially appreciated the beach accessories like air mattress, beach umbrella, bodyboard, and sand toys, as well as the outdoor shower. The location is excellent, not only right by the beach but also a great starting point for a hike to Cala Varques. The rooftop terrace with a winter garden is also very practical for all seasons. We would love to come back!
