Welcome to the traditional house ELS PINETS. It is a renovated country house, which still retains the old structure and an old well (waterwheel). This property has 140 m² of living space, with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and an outside shower with hot water. The house is perfect to accommodate up to 8 guests.
Access to the finca is through an electric gate with remote control.
Our house consists of a ground floor, with a large glazed terrace with dining and living area. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, which includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and other utensils. On the ground floor there is also a full bathroom with shower and WC and a shower room with toilet, washbasin and washing machine. The bathroom and toilet are equipped with hairdryer and other essential amenities. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 150 cm bed and two small bedrooms with bunk beds and a large terrace.

Outside, the house has a 300 m² garden with trees and plants, creating a fresh atmosphere. The garden is fully fenced and independent, with swings. There is also a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dinners and family gatherings. Outside you will also find the outdoor shower, and a pleasant seating area with table and chairs under an olive tree.
The house ELS PINETS is perfect for outdoor lovers. It has a swimming pool where guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the sun. The pool area is equipped with a table with parasol, garden chairs and sun loungers. There is the possibility to connect aquatic night lights.
The property is designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with windows that let in natural light. All rooms have exterior windows opening onto spacious terraces.
WIFI connection included except for long stays in low season.

Pets are welcome, as long as they are respectful of the facilities.

Our house is located between Benicarló and Peñíscola, in Ratlla del Terme, in Benicarló. The house is easily accessible by national road 340. 500 m from the beach. 200 m from the Papa del Mar campsite. 400 m from the hotel Peñíscola Plaza Suites, where you will find the bus stop Vinaròs - Benicarló - Peñíscola every half hour. 5 km from the castle of Peñíscola. 2 km from Benicarló.
Nearby you will find several large supermarkets : Family Cash, Spar, Mercadona and Lidl.
Possibility to go sightseeing in Peñíscola, Vinaròs, Oropesa del Mar, Morella, Castellón, Delta del Ebro, Valencia, inland villages, etc.
You can go fishing, hiking, scuba diving, take long bike rides and go jogging (7 km along the sea), etc.
Visit the excellent restaurants and cafés and taste our typical dishes and tapas.
