The idyllic bay of Pramousquier is protected by the Maures mountains and the famous Cap Nègre. Pramousquier belongs to the well-kept seaside resort of Le Lavandou with its 12 beaches and numerous shopping and service options. St. Tropez with the mountain villages of Ramatuelle and Gassin as well as Bormes les Mimosas and Hyères are only about 30 km away. Boat trips to the offshore islands of Le Levant, Porquerolles, and Port Cros as well as the exotic park of Rayol are an experience. Several coastal paths and a cycle/hiking trail (former railway line) lead to hidden bays and great viewpoints. In the hinterland, numerous wineries invite you to taste. (Pierrefeu, Collobrières) The drive through chestnut forests to the monastery complex Chartreuse de la Verne is also unique. Bring your own bed and toilet linen. Tablecloths, chair cushions, wool blankets, duvets, and pillows are sufficiently available. Covers for the armchair and sofa bed are also available for changing. Everything can be washed in the laundry room at 30° (Miele washing machine + Miele dryer) for a fee.
The apartment must be left cleaned and tidied by the tenants. For assistance, our mopping and vacuuming robot is available to you, as well as 2 vacuum cleaners, broom + mop, and sufficient cleaning supplies.

Sunny apartment on 2 floors
App is located in a well-maintained holiday complex, short walk to the sea. Beach chairs and sun umbrellas are sufficiently available.
Living downstairs, sleeping upstairs (beds have great mattresses - no back pain, you can tell the owners also live there). Bathrooms and showers are available on both floors.
Having breakfast on the balcony was great, and there is also sufficient sun protection available here. Who can should take bikes, there is a great bike path nearby, it's an old railway line, also good for running. It goes from Saint Tropez to Marseille.

Les locataires: L'appartement est situé dans un complexe de vacances bien entretenu, à proximité de la mer. Chaises de plage et parasol à disposition.
Vivre en bas, dormir en haut (les lits ont des matelas superbes - pas de mal de dos, on remarque que les propriétaires vivent aussi là).
Prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon était génial, il y avait là aussi suffisamment de protection contre le soleil.
Pour ceux qui le peuvent, il est conseillé d'emporter des vélos, une piste cyclable se trouve à proximité immédiate, il s'agit d'une ancienne voie ferrée qui peut aussi être utilisée pour la marche. Elle mène de Saint-Tropez à Marseille.

Les lits de la chambre à coucher sont aussi grands et larges que ceux auxquels nous sommes habitués en Allemagne.
La remarque à tous les fans de vélo est très importante, surtout au pays du Tour de France. Nous sommes toujours sur cette ancienne route de train en tant que randonneur.

Perfect beach vacation
Beautiful holiday apartment in a very well-maintained complex, with stunning sea views and direct beach access in a beautiful bay. Large balcony and a private underground parking space. All in all, it was a very relaxing and restful vacation. Would love to come again.

The small paradise

A little paradise
My wife, our two children, and I were already familiar with the residence, and we have always loved this little corner of paradise that is Pramousquier Beach. However, among all the accommodations we visited, the Glöckner family's home truly captivated our hearts!
On two floors, just steps from the beach, this space is remarkably well-arranged and equipped with everything needed to fully enjoy our vacation. It was simply perfect. Even outside of the high season, we had the beach to ourselves, enjoyed discovering the beautiful flower parade of Lavandou, and had a wonderful week with our family. We even had the chance to be there for the opening of the beach bar!
We are looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Here on the balcony (photographed by nice neighbours) we enjoy our paradise on the beach. The view of the waves and the sun's rays reflecting on the water is pure relaxation for us. We've been spending a lot of time here in the south of France for decades and are happy to offer this wonderful place to our friends and those who might want to visit ...... for many weeks, as we and some others already do. Many also return every year! Every season has its own special features for us: flowering mimosas by the roadside, the scent of fresh fruit, a flower parade in spring, walks along the coast on the smugglers' trails, fireworks on the beach in summer, swimming in warm water, warm temperatures in autumn. Art and culture all year round.....un is never boring. We speak German, French and English
