Description
Welcome to our holiday flat Anse de Pramousquier Veronese App.4208 in Le Lavandou- Pramousquier, directly on the gently sloping sandy beach in the Mediterranean park with panoramic views of the sea and the lighthouse on the island of Levant.
Anse de Pramousquier is a small holiday resort directly on the beach (pieds dans l'eau). Our flat on the 2nd floor, 40 sqm + 7 sqm balcony is characterised by its 2 levels: In the living room with balcony there is a sofa bed (160X200), which also serves as a comfortable seat next to 2 armchairs (approx. 150 novels, travel guides, dictionary, game collection are available) A large flat screen (ARD, ZDF, BR, Arte, 3SAT, French and English channels) hangs on the wall in the living area, separated by a buffet is the dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. We have food processors, toasters, kettles and a very generous selection of china and glasses. We find a WC, washbasin and shower on this level very convenient. For our little guests we have 1 bunk bed, 1 baby travel cot, 1 high chair (2 rails for the stairs). The 2nd bathroom with bathtub and WC is in the attic, next to it the spacious bedroom with double bed (180X200) also with sea view. Bed linen must be brought for all beds. For reasons of cleanliness and hygiene, pets are not allowed in our flat, they are also not allowed on the beaches, even with a lead. Our apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.

Pramousquier beach in Le Lavandou, a picturesque paradise on the Côte d'Azur.
Mediterranean, ever-flowering gardens with paths and artificial stream, communal terrace (solarium) with sun loungers, foot shower, playground, table tennis, volleyball court, boules court, children's paddling pool with outdoor shower.
The idyllic bay of Pramousquier is protected by the Moorish Mountains and the famous Cap Nègre. Pramousquier is part of the well-kept seaside resort of Le Lavandou with its 12 beaches and numerous shops and services. St. Tropez with the mountain villages of Ramatuelle and Gassin as well as Bormes les Mimosas and Hyères are only about 30 kilometres away. Boat trips to the offshore islands of Le Levant, Porquerolles and Port Cros as well as the exotic park of Rayol are an experience. Several coastal paths and a cycle path/hiking trail (former railway line) lead to hidden bays and great views. Numerous wineries in the hinterland invite you to sample their wines. (Pierrefeu, Collobrières) The journey through chestnut forests to the Chatreuse de la Verne monastery is also unique. You will find lots of information about the boutiques, museums, zoological gardens and parks in our documents and maps. You can also easily reach the city centre of Toulon/Marseille by bus/train. Bus stop approx. 100m away.

Please bring your own bed and toilet linen. There are plenty of tablecloths, chair cushions, woollen blankets, duvets and pillows available. The covers for the armchair and sofa bed are also available for changing. Everything can be washed at 30° in the boutique.
The flat is left clean and tidy by the tenants. Our mopping and vacuuming robot and sufficient cleaning materials are available to help you. We are happy to organise an external cleaner if you wish, provided that the flat is broom-free, tidy and the kitchenette and contents are clean, if we can find someone by the departure date. Payment is then made between the guest and the cleaner.

A little paradise
My wife, our two children, and I were already familiar with the residence, and we have always loved this little corner of paradise that is Pramousquier Beach. However, among all the accommodations we visited, the Glöckner family's home truly captivated our hearts!
On two floors, just steps from the beach, this space is remarkably well-arranged and equipped with everything needed to fully enjoy our vacation. It was simply perfect. Even outside of the high season, we had the beach to ourselves, enjoyed discovering the beautiful flower parade of Lavandou, and had a wonderful week with our family. We even had the chance to be there for the opening of the beach bar!
We are looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Here on the balcony (photographed by nice neighbours) we enjoy our paradise on the beach. The view of the waves and the sun's rays reflecting on the water is pure relaxation for us. We've been spending a lot of time here in the south of France for decades and are happy to offer this wonderful place to our friends and those who might want to visit ...... for many weeks, as we and some others already do. Many also return every year! Every season has its own special features for us: flowering mimosas by the roadside, the scent of fresh fruit, a flower parade in spring, walks along the coast on the smugglers' trails, fireworks on the beach in summer, swimming in warm water, warm temperatures in autumn. Art and culture all year round.....un is never boring. We speak German, French and English
