Description

Ground floor: Living area, kitchenette with dishwasher (renovated 2021), satellite TV (D and F), Blu-ray/DVD player, internet access (fiber optic) via LAN cable (to be brought) or via Wi-Fi. Telephone calls to European landlines (incl. CH) are free, chargeable calls will be billed. Bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine.
Upper floor: 2 separate bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a bunk bed for children. All mattresses have the dimensions 90*190.
Free use of the communal pool (closed 10.11. - 15.03.), tennis and table tennis table.
Beach mattresses (without sunshade) are available in limited quantity.
Showers at the pool and on the beach.
Ideal for two adults and up to three children or three adults and up to two children, for a quiet family holiday.
Due to the hillside location, less suitable for those with severe mobility impairments.

Location and surroundings of object

The municipality of Le Lavandou is located on the Côte d'Azur between St. Tropez and Toulon. It has 12 different bays, of which Pramousquier, with its excellent water quality, is one of the most beautiful. Directly behind the beach of Pramousquier is the Résidence de la Baie de Pramousquier. In this quiet, beautifully landscaped area with mimosas, oleanders, palms, and pines, is our holiday home, a terraced (end) house in Provencal style with a terrace and small garden. The house includes a designated car parking space; a garage can be rented if available (€40/week). Access to the property is by code. A direct path (approx. 100 m, without crossing any roads) leads from the house to the fine sandy beach (dogs are not allowed there). Within the property, the following are available for tenants to use free of charge: swimming pool (17m x 6m, closed from Nov 10 to Mar 15), sunbathing lawns, table tennis, tennis court.
Sailing school and water skiing in the neighboring town of Cavalière (1.5 km). From May to September, shopping facilities are within walking distance, otherwise in Cavalière (1.5 km), Le Rayol (4 km), or Le Lavandou (8 km). There are 4 restaurants on the beach and two more in town, offering everything from pizza to upscale French cuisine.
Behind the coast, the Maures Mountains rise, inviting for wonderful hikes in beautiful nature or mountain biking, especially outside the peak season. On the former railway line between Toulon and St. Tropez, there is now a superb cycle path. Today a bike path runs along Raphaël. A 18-hole golf course is located 22 km away in Valcros. The nearby towns of Le Lavandou and Cavalaire are great for a stroll. One should also visit the mountain villages Bormes-les-Mimosas with its beautiful flower path and art shops, Gassin, Grimaud, or Ramatuelle with the neighboring windmills. The nearby islands of Porquerolles (hiking and bicycling) and Port Cros are also worth a trip. One should also enjoy the Mediterranean park/garden Le Domaine du Rayol, located only 5 km away, with its subtropical plants and cacti.
Transportation:
A coastal bus regularly connects the Toulon train station with St. Tropez. It stops about 200 m from our holiday home.

The cancellation fees are as follows (days before the start of the rental): up to 61 days: the deposit, up to 31 days: 50%, from 30 days: 90% of the rental price. If arrival or stay at the holiday home is impossible due to government regulations, the tenant can cancel free of charge. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Fast perfect

We had the house in the first week of September. The location so close to the sea and the beautiful terrace are particularly noteworthy. I wrote almost perfectly, as the room for the children was a bit small, but we knew that beforehand. Everything is as described, and if it is possible for us, we would like to vacation there again. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

Holiday to enjoy

From the very first contact, Mr. Bülow took care of our concerns very quickly and in a friendly manner and was very keen to ensure that everything was perfectly organised for our holiday even before the first day. The house is beautifully located and well equipped with air conditioning even for the hot days. The beach is only about 100m away from the holiday home on a paved private road. We can recommend the holiday home with a clear conscience!

Excellent location

Hello, I had the chance to stay with family in this lovely house. It is ideally located, just a short walk from Pramousquier beach (no road to cross). It is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The house is very clean and well maintained. There is a nice sea view and a very pleasant small garden in the evening. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is welcome, especially in August. I recommend this beautiful place.
