Location and surroundings of object
The commune of Le Lavandou is located on the Côte d'Azur between St. Tropez and Toulon. It has 12 different bays, of which Pramousquier with its excellent water quality is one of the most beautiful. Just behind the beach of Pramousquier lies the Résidence de la Baie de Pramousquier. In this quiet, very beautiful complex with mimosa, oleander, palm trees and pine trees lies our holiday house, a terraced house in Provencal style with terrace and small garden.
The house has a fixed car parking; if available, a garage can be rented (€ 40 / week). Access to the complex with code. A direct access (about 100 m, without crossing a street) leads from the house to the fine sandy beach (dogs are not allowed there). In the complex is offered to the tenants for free use: swimming pool (17m x 6m), lying, table tennis, tennis court.
Sailing school and water skiing in the neighboring village Cavalière (1,5 km). From May to September, shops are within walking distance, otherwise in Cavalière ( km), Le Rayol (4 km), or Le Lavandou (8 km). On the beach there are 4 restaurants, in the village two more, which cover the area pizza up to upscale French cuisine.
Behind the coast rise the Moorish mountains, which invite you, in particular, outside of the high season, to wonderful hikes in beautiful nature or mountain biking. On the former railway line between Toulon and St. Raphaël runs a cycle track. There is an 18-hole golf course in Valcros, 22 km away. The nearby towns of Le Lavandou, Cavalaire and are a good place to stroll. You should also visit the mountain villages of Bormes-les-Mimosas with its beautiful flower path and art galleries, Gassin, Grimaud or Ramatuelle with the neighboring windmills. Also the outlying islands Porquerolles (hiking and bicycle) and Port Cros are worth a trip. You should also enjoy the Mediterranean park / garden Le Domaine du Rayol with its subtropical plants and cacti only 5 km away.

A coastal bus regularly connects Toulon with St Tropez. It is about 200 m from our house.

Holiday apartment by the sea
It's really only 100m to the sea and there is a nice swimming pool (17m long). A parking space is right outside the door. The kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances.
An air conditioning system is also available.
Ideal for 2 to 4 people.
We had a very nice week in Pramousquier with trips to the Hyères Islands as well as Saint Tropez and Borme les Mimosas. (All right outside the front door)

a super nice house
i had a great holiday. The house is super equipped, fantastically located with a sea view and a short walk down the slope to the beach.
In the house there are many useful tips from the landlord on everything you want to know (bus timetables, dates for markets, ideas for excursions and, and, and ...)
The beach is very pleasant, with the possibility of borrowing towels from the complex and using the complex's own beach shower.
I never go to the same place 2 years in a row, but here I will come back soon :-))
One thing that might be good to know - but this is not meant as a criticism, this is due to the landscape: it could be difficult with a pram or wheelchair because of the stairs and the steep slope at the entrance and exit of the complex. I already had a hard time with my bicycle :-))
