The apartment is spacious (100 sqm) and sunny due to its location on the 3rd floor with 2 balconies.
Furnishings:
3 rooms, kitchen, bath, WC, 2nd WC (separate), 2 balconies, 100 sqm
fully furnished;
7 sleeping places with bed linen (see below: additional information on the rental price):
Bedroom: double bed,
Children’s room: double bed (sofa bed) + 1 single bed,
Living room. : comfortable double sofa bed;
1 south-facing balcony, 1 west-facing balcony,
with terrace wooden furniture (chairs, table, lounger);
fitted kitchen, stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas central heating;
stereo system (CD, cassette), television (German satellite reception); Wi-Fi.
No elevator.
Public car parking spaces (free of charge) two cross streets away.
Guarded parking lot (24h, for a fee) five minutes’ walk from the house.

Location and surroundings of object

The sunny apartment is located between the town centre and beach, in a new apartment house on the top (3rd) floor. Is situated directly at the Polish German border to the Baltic Sea, West of the oder on the island of Usedom: Ahlbeck joined German seaside resort and Swinoujscie as oldest seaside resort on the Pomeranian coast. All border crossings are open since 2008.

then free ferry across the Oder to Swinoujscie-West.
- alternatively via the A20 (from Berlin or Lübeck) to Anklam and from there
on the B110 or B111 via the German part of Usedom to Swinemünde.

Arrival by train: recommended:
to Swinemünde Central station, which is served by the German (!) Usedomer Bäderbahn (in the DB network). Then another 800m,
by taxi or city bus or (without luggage) on foot.
- alternatively through Poland to Swinemünde-Ost,
then free city ferry across the Oder to Swinemünde-West,
from there approx. 500m.
- from Berlin there are trains to both Swinoujscie Central and Swinoujscie East

Arrival by ship: Swinoujscie is one of the largest
Baltic Sea ferry terminals and is served by Ystad,
Copenhagen, Bornholm, Malmö. You arrive at Swinoujscie-East,
then free city ferry across the Oder to Swinoujscie-West,
from there about 500m.

Boat trips: There are boat trips from Swinemünde
and surrounding German harbours (on the sea and inland side)
on the Baltic Sea and on the Szczecin Lagoon (as far as
Szczecin Lagoon (as far as Szczecin) and trips to Scandinavia.

Sunny, spacious apartment!

Super large apartment (100sqm), you really feel the space. Our two children (8,10) had their own room. Dining, living room and kitchen open and lots of light, we enjoyed the sun on the two balconies until late in the evening. Great shopping center nearby, there are also restaurants and cafes and the city center (pedestrian zone) for shopping. The beach on Usedom is unique anyway. We can only recommend the apartment!
