Stay in this splendid, recently renovated villa, spread over two floors with a large garden and unspoiled surrounding land. In short it is Rustic Tuscan style immersed in nature, for a relaxing holiday with your family. The private swimming pool measures 6.50x4.50, the garden is lit and equipped with sun loungers, sunshades, two gazebos, barbecue, wood-burning oven, table tennis table and various games.

Located in a strategic position between the three provinces of Pisa, Siena and Grosseto, from the villa it is possible to quickly reach the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany. Immersed in 6 hectares of private park and garden divided between a forest of tall trees and fields of olive trees, it offers pleasant walks and trekking routes for excursions. From Casa Vacanze Porrine at 40 and 60 km you can reach Volterra and Siena and with only 35 km the beautiful beaches of FOLLONICA and Puntaala. On the road to Leccia, a fork to the left leads to the site of 'Aque populoniae', an important 3rd-century Etruscan-Roman spa town. Excavations of the largest sacred Etruscan and Roman thermal complex in the world are underway. Only 12 km away, in the municipality of Sasso Pisano, you can regenerate in the thermal waters of Biolago. This is a bathing complex designed for relaxation and personal well-being. It consists of a caldarium with water at 36 degrees and hydromassage, a tepidarium and a photo-purified lake at room temperature.

The large kitchen is equipped for preparing delicious meals and the bedrooms are comfortable for providing peaceful sleep. You have all the amenities needed here for a fantastic stay!

The rented house is ABSOLUTELY unworthy of Belvilla! We are often in Italy and know that the houses are often old with a number of defects, but for 2500,- (already with a 50% discount) for 2 people, this house is not only extremely dirty (we killed 63 flies and wasps inside upon arrival), but all the taps are broken, there are holes in the front and back doors, light switches are broken, the air conditioning hardly works, the locks are broken, and the shower gives 2 minutes of hot water (house for 7 people?!) ), dishes and cutlery were not washed and put away, dishwasher works poorly, panels of the kitchen cabinets are loose from the dishwasher and refrigerator, garden is poorly maintained (you need an SUV to drive to the house), wasp infestation in the backyard (making it NOT possible to sit outside, despite all possible insect spray, candles, etc.). The host showed us the house in 3 minutes and didn't know how quickly to leave. Belvilla this is absolutely a disgrace!! We are leaving earlier to have some fun somewhere else. I expect an appropriate response to this and would have liked to experience it differently.
