The vacation home is fantastically located on the hill, with a beautiful view over the area. Very quiet, you can enjoy nature. Birds of prey land nearby. Smart and complete furnishings. Outdoor space with many seating areas. It is advisable to bring your own chairs, the chairs that are there are not really comfortable. Very nice swimming pool and attentive owner who responds quickly in emergencies. In Castelnuovo itself are the basic amenities. Unfortunately, a mediocre air conditioning system, which was not at all suited for the summer heat, makes a lot of noise and provides little cooling. The access road is very steep and unpaved, that is really a point for improvement. It is a challenge to get up with a regular passenger car.

The long driveway to the secluded property is quite steep and unpaved. The house is very beautiful on the outside, the above-ground pool looks well-maintained. The interior of the house has significant reserves and the price-performance ratio does not match.

She reserved a spot for our car in the parking garage around the corner, as well as a table for dinner in a restaurant not populated by tourists. The junior suite we rented was absolutely amazing!
