't Waddenstrandje is an energy-neutral and ecological two-person holiday house with an A+++ energy certification. The house is heated by geothermal exchange, and the electricity is partially generated by PV panels. The parking lot is equipped with a charging station, and a private driveway, suitable for up to two cars, spacious for a two-person accommodation.
