The modern and high-quality furnished 3-room vacation apartment is located on the ground floor and offers over 80 square meters of living space for a maximum of 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook and linger. From the living room, you have a view through the large window into the garden, which is for your use only. On the large terrace, you can enjoy the days under the sun umbrella, or relax in the lounge chairs on the wooden deck. For a delicious and extensive barbecue, there is a grill available for you.
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain shower function. Amenities such as an illuminated mirror, hair dryer, makeup mirror, ample storage space, and shelves are, of course, provided for you. A washer-dryer is also located in the bathroom and can be used by you free of charge.
The 2 bedrooms offer ample space for your luggage. Both bedrooms have high-quality vinyl flooring (allergy-friendly). For your sleeping comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed (Bedroom 1: 180×200 cm and Bedroom 2: 160×200 cm). For our smallest guests, we can optionally provide a baby cot and a high chair, please feel free to contact us about this if needed.
In the modern living area, you will surely find your spot on one of the two couches. For your entertainment, you can use the digital internet radio which can be completely controlled via your mobile phone or the 55″ Smart LED TV. Furthermore, we provide you with a collection of board games for entertaining hours with family and friends, as well as some reading material. For connection to the rest of the big, wide world, a DSL connection with wireless LAN is available for your use free of charge. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher also includes a dining area with 4 chairs and a dining table. From the kitchen, you can directly access a smaller terrace. There, you can enjoy your first coffee or tea of the day.
All windows are equipped with blinds and have fly screens. Of course, your parking space is available right next to the apartment. A lockable garden shed for storing bicycles and beach equipment rounds off the amenities.

Carolinensiel is a charming North Sea spa town with a picturesque harbor in Lower Saxony.
Centrally located yet tranquil. Right on the old dike, in the center of Carolinensiel is the holiday apartment DEICHWÄRTS. A short walk and after 300 meters you are already at the Museum Harbor with great maritime impressions and a variety of different restaurants, as well as cozy shops. Colorful flat-bottomed boats lie in the harbor and colorful flags sway in the fresh breeze. Almost all daily necessities can be done right in town. If desired, also on foot or by bicycle. 3 supermarkets, several bakeries, a hairdresser, charging stations for your electric vehicle are of course also nearby, just like the local fish restaurants and smokehouses.
Not to forget, of course, the sea, the beach, the ferry port, and the excursion shipping. Towards Harlesiel, you can either walk along the 2km long promenade. Past various restaurants and cafés, the wellness, fitness, and bathing area "Cliner Quelle", the Sielhafen Museum with its different buildings and the "Friedrichschleuse". Alternatively, you can reach the beach in just a few minutes by bicycle or car.
