Description
We rent out a holiday home for up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is a cosy living and dining room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small hallway in the entrance area, as well as a storage room with washing machine and mini safe. The kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, oven, induction ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment.
The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Another bathroom with bathtub and WC.
The house is equipped with WLAN, satellite TV, radio with CD.
A covered terrace with garden furniture, 4 chairs, table and a lounger.
In the outside storage room there are 2 bicycles and a trolley for free use.
A reserved parking space ensures free parking in front of the house.

Our holiday home is located in the traditional health resort of Carolinensiel, Mühlenstraße 39a. Carolinensiel is one of the most famous places on the East Frisian North Sea coast and also a North Sea spa
A terraced house of approx. 80 sqm is available for rent.
The holiday home is not far from the centre of the village in a quiet location.
It is only a short walk to the museum harbour (approx. 5 min) and approx. 1.8 km to Harlesiel beach.

| Guest fees are charged separately. Main spa fee period per day: from 15 March to 31 October: adults from 16 years 3.00 €, children from 4 years up to and including 15 years 1.50 €. Secondary spa fee per day: from 1 November to 14 March: adults aged 16 and over €1.50. Children are free. In the period from 01. 07. - 31. 08. (high season), occupancy is only possible for a minimum of 7 nights. To avoid longer vacancies, arrival and departure in this period is always on Saturday. Outside the holiday periods, arrival and departure can be arranged flexibly. Always from 2 nights. |
Cancellation terms:
- Stornierung bis 4 Wochen vor Anreisedatum : 80% des Mietpreises. Stornierung bis 6 Wochen vor Anreisedatum : 50% des Mietpreises. Stornierung bis 8 Wochen vor Anreisedatum : 25% des Mietpreises. Davor wird immer eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 10% fällig.

Carolinensiel is a state-recognised North Sea spa with the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site and is unique on the North Sea with its 3 harbours.
In the centre of the town is the old museum harbour with its historic museum harbour, which takes you along the promenade along the Harle to Cliner Quelle, the spa centre. Continue on to the Friedrichschleuse with its bascule bridge dating from 1793.
Then you reach the marina, which is separated from the outer harbour by the offshore pumping station from the 1950s.
Harlesiel follows with its sandy beach, mini-golf, playground, jetty (Wangerooge and seal banks) and heated open-air seawater pool.
You can also take a relaxing trip on the paddle steamer Concordia.
You can easily reach many beautiful places and sights around Carolinensiel by holiday bus or by bicycle, which we provide free of charge for our guests.
The airport for island flights is located in Harlesiel.

Cozy holiday home in a quiet location
Comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday home with very good facilities. From there, you can go on bike tours in all directions on well-developed cycle paths. Storage room for your own bicycles available. The center of Carolinensiel can be easily reached on foot.

Great holiday home
Despite the bad weather, we had a great time in Carolinensiel. This is also due to the super equipment of the holiday home.
The only thing we didn't have was a child safety gate, but that's not important - as long as the child is as young as ours, you have to be careful. The garden is great - the terrace is covered.
One point off for cleanliness because you could see that they hadn't mopped before our arrival. Kitchen, sanitary facilities etc. were all clean.

Great, tasteful flat! Nothing is missing.
This was the second time we stayed in this beautiful mid-terrace house. You get great support in the run-up. The handover of the keys is uncomplicated and contactless.
The house is very lovingly furnished to a high standard, spacious and renovated. You will find everything you need for daily use.

Beautiful holiday
We spent two weeks in the Kubanek holiday home and felt very comfortable. The house is in a central but quiet location. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The internet also works in the house and garden. The rating for "service" is not really necessary for a self-catering holiday home.

Nice time out?
We spent a wonderful week in this enchanting house in Carolinensiel. The house is beautifully situated with a small garden, very central, absolutely clean and comfortably furnished with everything you need. You simply notice the attention to detail and that the hosts have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel comfortable in their holiday home. Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.
Wir waren nur zu zweit, jedoch bietet die Wohnung genug Platz für 4 Personen.
Auch im 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Kleiderschrank.
Praktisch sind die beiden Badezimmer. Die Wohnung liegt zwar in der Nähe einer Straße, jedoch konnten wir mit offenen Fenster gut schlafen. Carolinensiel und auch Harlesiel sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, somit kann das Auto auch mal stehen bleiben. Uns hat die Wohnung gut geallen und wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter.
