Description

The approx. 100m² detached holiday home has been completely renovated and belongs to the estate "Paulihof 1", former residence of the Ducal Gamekeeper.
Hidden behind a secluded beech hedge is the garden (south-west facing) with beautiful garden furniture.
The ground floor features a modern shower room with a barrier-free shower, an open kitchen with direct garden access, and a large combined living and dining room.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor (Attention: ceiling height 180 cm!) with two bedrooms and a small toilet. ) with two separate bedrooms.

The holiday home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, pad machine, sufficient dishes/cutlery, pots, and pan - and much more) - ideal for self-catering.
Iron, hairdryer, for our youngest guests a crib and a high chair and much more are waiting for your holiday stay at no extra charge. A washing machine and a dryer are also available for a small fee.

The living room is cozily furnished and features a large TV and free Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxed rainy days and cozy evenings on the sofa.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, with the beds freshly made upon arrival. The holiday home Paulihof is surrounded by a fenced garden that invites you to relax and sunbathe.
A free parking space and an electric charging station (Wallbox - for a fee) are also available.

The holiday home is a non-smoking house. We ask you to respect this.

I am a dog owner myself and welcome traveling, well-behaved furry friends - they even stay for free with me. Sole condition: Not in the bed or on the sofa and not off-leash outside of one's own garden on the estate. Other animals live here that are afraid of unfamiliar dogs.

Location and surroundings of object

The estate is bordered to the west directly by the large Schleswig recreational forest "Tiergarten" and to the south by the elaborately reconstructed Baroque garden of Schleswig Castle.
The State Museum Schloss Gottorf is approximately 500 meters away, and it is a 20-minute walk to the center of the district town.
Shopping facilities, a swimming pool, and diverse (water) sports opportunities are available in the immediate vicinity.
The city of Schleswig hosted the first state garden show in Schleswig-Holstein. The central location of the county town of Schleswig is also worth mentioning:
It is less than 50 kilometers to the North or Baltic Sea, the state capital Kiel, or the northernmost city of Germany (Flensburg) or the Danish border! Even the Hanseatic city of Hamburg can be reached in a good hour...
The North Frisian islands Sylt, Amrum, Föhr, or even Helgoland are also suitable for day trips.

I consciously do not differentiate between peak, pre-, post-, or off-season and offer my holiday accommodations at a consistently fair and uniform rental price.
Costs for energy (not applicable to the holiday home "Am Langsee"), water supply, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are not charged separately.
One accompanying dog “stays” free of charge, from the 2nd dog I charge an additional cleaning flat rate of 50.00€ per dog – regardless of the rental duration and size of the dog. My rental rates are understood as consumer final prices (gross prices).

Dream holiday home Pauli in Schleswig,

The holiday home is located in a restored outbuilding of the former manor and has been lovingly restored as sustainably as possible. The furnishings are modern, and nothing is lacking here. The holiday apartment has its own enclosed garden with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, and loungers. Of course, there are also the corresponding cushions for everything. For furry friends, who can stay here for free, the garden is a paradise. The landlords are totally nice and friendly and always up for a chat. Just a great experience.
