In this beautiful bungalow, you can soon take a vacation.

On approximately 70 sqm of living space and a plot of around 320 sqm, you can relax and unwind. The bungalow is situated in a fantastic, central, and beach-close location in Norddeich. A park with a playground is also not far from the property. The garden is partially fenced or surrounded by hedges and bushes. The entrance area gives you the opportunity to hang your jackets on the coat rack and store your shoes in the shoe cabinet.

The separate kitchen with a kitchen unit and a small dining area invites you to cook or bake together and then enjoy. The little ones are not forgotten either, a high chair is available. A stove with a ceramic hob and oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an egg boiler, a hand mixer, and sufficient cooking and eating utensils complete the kitchen equipment.

As bedrooms, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds available. The beds have cold foam mattresses and adjustable slatted frames. In both bedrooms, there is a wardrobe with enough space for your holiday wardrobe. For the little guests, a baby travel cot with an additional mattress, pillow, and blanket is available.

The daylight bathroom has a bright setup consisting of a sink, toilet, and shower with a low entry.

The large cozy living room with dining area gives you the opportunity to spend a pleasant evening in case of rainy weather. The leather furniture set is great for game nights or just relaxing. The TV allows you to watch great movies. Additionally, there is access to a terrace with a southwest orientation in the living area. There, you can enjoy gathering on comfortable garden furniture with an electric awning on sunny days and watch the children play in the garden. The garden is partially fenced or surrounded by hedges and bushes. Sun loungers are also available here in case you want to sunbathe. A handcart and a grill are also available for you in the garden shed.

The North Sea spa town of Norddeich is one of the most popular resorts on the entire North Sea coast and impresses not only with its extensive infrastructure but also with its numerous shopping and leisure opportunities, such as beach soccer, volleyball, horseback riding, and water sports.

From your new home, you can reach the Norddeich beach and the harbor with ferry connections to the beautiful East Frisian Islands of Juist and Norderney in just about 450 meters. Doctors, restaurants, and shopping facilities are located on Norddeicher Straße and can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle. There is also an elementary school in close proximity, and secondary schools in Norden, which can be easily accessed by bicycle or bus.
