Discover the holiday apartment Meeresbrise in the holiday home An-de-See in Zinnowitz on Usedom.
Our holiday flat Meeresbrise is located on the 1st floor of the house and offers 100 square metres of living space for up to 6 guests.
It has a living room, two bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom with shower.
The flat is furnished in the style of the 1930s.
The wooden floor is freshly skimmed, creating a warm and inviting ambience. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The flat also has a washing machine, iron and hairdryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We are happy to provide a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. The free Wi-Fi keeps you connected and the TV provides entertainment in the evening.
Outside you will find a beautiful garden with barbecue area, ideal for relaxed barbecue evenings. A car park is also at your disposal. You can use our bicycles to explore the beautiful island of Usedom.
The flat is a non-smoking flat and long-term rentals of up to 3 months are possible.
Enjoy the sea breeze, the wide sky and the natural landscape of Usedom.

The holiday home "An de See" was built in 1930 and extensively renovated in 2017-2022.
Our holiday home in Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom is located not far from the sports school in Dr.- Wachsmann Straße and is only separated from the Baltic Sea by the dune forest.
You can walk the 400 metres to the beach in 5-10 minutes.
It is about the same distance to the town centre and Zinnowitz train station.
So on the one hand you can enjoy peace and quiet, but alternatively you can also discover the nightlife in the centre of Zinnowitz on foot.

We only let our holiday flats directly to our guests. This means that there are no commissions or other agency fees. The holiday home "An de See" was built in 1930 and extensively renovated in 2017-2022. Our three holiday flats differ in size and furnishings. The garden offers enough space for individual relaxation or a barbecue evening. Your car is parked on the enclosed property. separated from the Baltic Sea by the dune forest. You can walk the 400 metres to the beach in 5-10 minutes. It is about the same distance to the town centre and Zinnowitz train station. So on the one hand you can enjoy peace and quiet, but alternatively you can also discover the nightlife in the centre of Zinnowitz on foot. We look forward to welcoming you!
