Welcome to the holiday home "An-de-See", located on the outskirts of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom.
The cosy holiday flat offers space for up to 4 guests on 35 square metres of living space with a living room with a folding couch, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a WC.
Surrounded by a breathtaking landscape with sky, clouds and beach nearby, this holiday home is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the comfort of our house. Look out of the window over Zinnowitz.
Relax in the garden while you prepare a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or simply enjoy the sunsets and the peaceful atmosphere in the garden or on the beach. A parking space is available, and in the kitchen you will find two hotplates, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.
The bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds and bed linen. A cot and high chair are available for our youngest guests. In the living room you can relax in front of the TV or use the free WLAN. You will find a hairdryer in the bathroom.
The holiday home An-de-See is also available for long-term rentals, but please note that this is a non-smoking house.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in Zinnowitz, on the picturesque island of Usedom, not far from the sports school in Dr.- Wachsmann Straße and is therefore only separated from the Baltic Sea by the dune forest. You can walk to the centre about 300 metres or 500m to the pier.
The flat Möwennest is small, but has everything you need.
In the bedroom a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack.
The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin.
A small separate WC.
A small living room with an armchair, a folding couch, a satellite TV, a radio and a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and sink.
We also have a few bicycles, a handcart and deckchairs which you can use free of charge.

Cancellation terms:

The holiday home "An de See" was built in 1930 and extensively renovated in 2017-2022. Our three holiday flats differ in size and furnishings. The garden offers enough space for individual relaxation or a barbecue evening. Your car is parked on the enclosed property. separated from the Baltic Sea by the dune forest. You can walk the 400 metres to the beach in 5-10 minutes. It is about the same distance to the town centre and Zinnowitz train station. So on the one hand you can enjoy peace and quiet, but alternatively you can also discover the nightlife in the centre of Zinnowitz on foot. We look forward to welcoming you!
