Our cozy vacation home "Seestern 164" consists of a living and kitchen area, 3 bedrooms for 5 people, and a bathroom as well as a separate toilet.
The living and kitchen area receives plenty of light through the glass dome and large windows.
In the living area, the enclosed fireplace provides cozy warmth after an extensive beach walk. A small bookcase, numerous games, and a television prevent boredom from even arising. A sliding door from the living area leads to the large terrace in the garden. A grill is available for sociable evenings.
In the next room there is a washing machine and a freezer/fridge combination for big holiday shopping.
The parking space next to the house makes unloading quick.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
A high chair and children's dishes are ready for toddlers.
Dogs are also welcome. A blanket and 2 bowls are ready for them. In the fenced garden, the dogs can move freely and romp around.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on the edge of a well-kept holiday park and only 1000 m from the wide, 30 km long sandy beach.
In the beautiful family-friendly park, there is a lot on offer: playing mini-golf, a restaurant with bread roll service, a petting zoo, and bicycle rentals for exploring the surroundings. In front of the park, there is a bowling alley and another restaurant.
The two shopping centers (e.g., Lidl, clothing stores) can be reached quickly by car. In the beach restaurant "Paal 6," the evening can be wonderfully concluded with a view of the ocean.
In Den Helder, there is a naval museum, a climbing park for all ages.
From Den Helder, a ferry goes to the beautiful island of Texel. Here, one can visit a seal sanctuary.

-from the north of Germany: via Groningen, Afsluitdijk, Den Oever, towards Den Helder, N9 Julianadorr Zuid
From Alkmaar: Follow N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg to the dunes.
