Formerly an old Istrian house, now a modern villa, can host 6 people in its 160 m2. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with decorated with gray tones and wooden motifs, where a large wooden table is the central place of the dining room. Separated from the kitchen by a small passage, the living room is enriched with a comfortable and spacious couch, lounge chairs and a large LED TV. Special warmth is given to the space itself by the wooden details that extend through the entire design of the villa. Of the 3 bedrooms located on the first floor of the villa, one of them has its own terrace with a sea view. Extremely comfortable beds, separate bathrooms with walk-in showers are the basic features of the rooms.
For the enjoyable vacation, on the covered terrace of the villa you can relax in lounge chairs or hang out with family and friends at the large dining table next to the stone grill. The spacious garden has a 25 m2 swimming pool, which is perfect for morning swimming and a paved sun deck with wooden deck chairs for afternoon naps in the sun.
Villa Molindrio will delight you with its closeness to the sea, modern design and outdoor pool. Poreč and its surroundings offer a number of activities that will not leave you indifferent. Amusement parks, excellent restaurants and bars, cultural events and beautiful sunsets will make a vacation in villa Molindrio unforgettable.
