Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights! Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account: - Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 109€ - Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 45€ - Discount: 4 nights weekdays Mon-Fri (except holidays/public holidays) of 15%. - Discount: 7 for 6 nights (except holidays and public holidays) Note: For 7-night bookings Sunday-Sunday, we can only partially grant the 7 for 6 nights discount, as our cleaning staff are paid according to the tariff and receive double pay for work on Sundays and public holidays. You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email. - We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings. - Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights - Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices! - In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 2,50 per person per day for people aged 15 and over Deposit & payment conditions: A general deposit of € 300 is charged for this property. You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure. With your booking a binding rental agreement is concluded! If you cancel the apartment, we will try to rent it out to someone else. If we succeed in this, you are released from the rental agreement. There is only a cancellation fee of €50. If we do not succeed in this, we will calculate the rental price less any expenses saved (approx. 10-20% of the rental price).

Super holiday home - unfortunately without weather guarantee
Well-thought-out and newly furnished holiday home with a dreamlike conservatory that can be opened from three sides through sliding doors. How beautiful it must be here in summer. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, but the fireplace created a cozy atmosphere in front of the TV. The Meine-Karte also has good bad-weather offers that we took full advantage of. Our boys were excited and want to come back - but next time with good weather.
