Discover the Darss-Bleibe, a charming holiday flat in Born on the Baltic Sea. This 58 square metre flat is ideal for up to 2 guests and offers a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
There are no additional costs.

The flat impresses with its cosy and comfortable furnishings. The living area is equipped with a TV and free WiFi, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchen unit that includes a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and much more, ideal for a cosy start to the day.

The bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds and bed linen to guarantee you a good night's sleep. A hairdryer is available in the bathroom, so you don't have to bring as much luggage with you. Please note that this flat is a non-smoking flat.

The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of our house. Here you live quietly, surrounded by forest and water. The holiday flat is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Here you can simply feel at home. Each window has an external roller blind for darkening and mosquito protection gauze. You have a shelter for your bicycles and can park your car on the enclosed property. We also offer charging facilities for electric bicycles.
The outdoor area of the flat is generously designed with lots of greenery. Enjoy the fresh air on the terrace, which is furnished with a table, chairs, parasol and a cushion box.

Location and surroundings of object

Born is situated between forest and water. Our house was built in 80 and is situated in a quiet residential area on a plot of approx. 800 square metres. In a few minutes you are at the Bodden and with a few steps in the Darsser forest. Shopping facilities for your daily needs are within walking distance and the Baltic Sea is 10 minutes away by car and 20 minutes by bike through the forest or on the dyke along the Bodden. Here you can relax, hike, cycle and enjoy nature.
There are restaurants in the village where you can eat well. In the harbour of Born there are passenger ships with which you can make interesting trips across the Bodden
can make. You can relax wonderfully here, enjoy nature and discover new things - just give it a try.

The prices quoted are final prices. No additional costs are charged. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen is included once in the initial equipment in the rental price.
You will also receive a so-called starter pack (1 x toilet paper, 1 tea towel, 1 dishcloth/sponge) - this is also included in the rental price.

In the event of entry and accommodation restrictions (e.g. Corona), you will receive a 100% refund on your booking.
You will receive a rental contract (by e-mail, fax or post) and a detailed appendix from us when you book.
5 working days after receipt of the contract we ask you to sign it and return it to us. After receipt of the contract and the deposit due (80,00 €)
the holiday flat is considered booked.
We ask for your understanding that our holiday flat is not suitable for small children. We have no child safety device on the stairs.
An extra bed or separate sleeping in the living room, for example, is not possible. There is no sofa bed.
