This bright 1-room flat on the ground floor offers space for up to 2 people. The beautiful large living area is equipped with everything you need for a holiday. From the living room you have access to a wonderful south-facing terrace with a beach chair. There is a cosy sofa corner with a large flat-screen TV, a large comfort upholstered bed with a 70 cm bed height and a mirrored sliding-door wardrobe. The kitchen with dishwasher and small dining area invites you to enjoy cooking evenings for two. The separate hallway leads to the cosy shower room with floor-to-ceiling shower tray and WC. The flat is fitted with modern PVC laminate flooring. An underground parking space is available free of charge. On request Wlan 3 Euro per week !
In addition to the price shown, there is also the accommodation tax and the visitor's tax, which is calculated as follows. Every person aged 16 and over is liable to pay the guest contribution! Those who can prove a disability of 100% and an accompanying person with the note "B" are exempt from the guest contribution! Season A: 3,80 € per day and person ! Location and surroundings of object
The popular facility "Residenz Meeresbrandung" is located directly on the beach promenade of Duhnen and offers a swimming pool and sauna, as well as a reserved parking space. Centrally located, it is 100 meters to the ahoi bath with Thalasso center and 300 meters right in the center of Duhnen. The Residenz Meeresbrandung was built in 1992 and we, the Funck family, have been renting here for 21 years with our own office directly in the facility. All apartments have a balcony or terrace. a terrace, upon request also includes an underground parking space which can be booked for an additional fee.
