From the bright, comfortable living room with integrated dining area, you have direct access to a fantastic glazed north-facing balcony with a view of the Wadden Sea. A cool breeze and colder evenings can also be enjoyed here. Adjacent to the living room is the modern fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and full equipment. The living room also leads to the bright bedroom with a 70 cm comfort upholstered bed with flat-screen TV and a view of the sea. The mattresses are size 3 for a good night's sleep. A wardrobe is also available. And for your daily well-being, you can reach the small, newly renovated shower room with WC from the separate hallway. The flat has PVC laminate flooring. Location and surroundings of object
The popular "Residenz Meeresbrandung" complex is located directly on the Duhnen beach promenade and offers a swimming pool and sauna as well as a reserved parking space. It is centrally located 100 metres from the ahoi Bad with Thalasso Centre and 300 metres from the centre of Duhnen. The Residence Meeresbrandung was built in 1992 and we, the Funck family, have been letting here for 20 years with our own office directly in the complex from our letting office in House II. All flats have a balcony or terrace and, if desired, an underground car park which can be booked for a fee.
