This 2-room ground floor flat is ideal for a holiday with up to 4 people. From the bright, comfortable living room with integrated dining area and pull-out sofa bed with one-hand operation, you have direct access to the small east-facing balcony with a view of the sea. A cool breeze and colder evenings can also be enjoyed here. Adjacent to the living room is the modern fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and full equipment. Adjacent to the hallway is the bright, friendly bedroom facing south. It is furnished with a modern upholstered bed with 70 cm bed height and mattresses of thickness 3 as well as a flat screen TV. There is also a wardrobe with sliding doors. And for your daily well-being, you can access the spacious shower room with WC from the separate hallway. The flat is fitted with PVC laminate flooring. A parking space for your car is also available.
The accommodation tax and the visitor's tax are added to the price shown, which is calculated as follows. Every person aged 16 and over is liable to pay the guest contribution! Those who can prove a disability of 100% and an accompanying person with the note "B" are exempt from the guest contribution! Season A: 3,80 € per day and person ! Season B: 3,00 € per day and person ! Season A is from 03.04.-16.04, 01.05.-31.10. and 23.12.-07.01. Season B is the rest of the year!

Location and surroundings of object
The popular "Residenz Meeresbrandung" complex is located directly on the Duhnen beach promenade and offers a swimming pool and sauna as well as a reserved parking space. It is centrally located 100 metres from the ahoi Bad with Thalasso Centre and 300 metres from the centre of Duhnen. The Residence Meeresbrandung was built in 1992 and we, the Funck family, have been letting here for 19 years with our own office directly in the complex. All flats have a balcony or terrace, and on request an underground car park can also be booked for a fee.
