Additionally, there is a hot air fryer and a milk frother. The kitchen also offers ample storage space with high-quality cabinets and countertops. The living room is comfortably furnished and features a cozy sofa and a television. The entire living room is equipped with high-quality furniture and tiled floors.
The bedroom is a place of rest and relaxation, with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a hairdryer. Location and surroundings of object
Like Costa Calma, the charming village of La Pared on Fuerteventura is located on the narrowest part of the island. It is no more than 5 kilometres from the touristy east coast and from Costa Calma to the wild west coast. The airport is an hour's drive away (70 km).
In La Pared is the large natural beach "El Viejo Rey", which is ideal for surfing.
The second well-known beach and a popular excursion destination is the small bay "Bahia La Pared", where the popular excursion restaurant Caretta Beach is located. Every evening, numerous visitors come here to enjoy the marvellous sunset.

A little dream of this house
My wife and I have known Ms. Laubach for a little longer. Since we wanted to go back to Fuerteventura this year, we contacted Ms. Laubach. She recommended this small house that exceeded our expectations. Small on the outside, beautifully spacious on the inside. We felt at home after just 5 minutes. Everything is tidy and meets modern standards. The kitchen appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher) are from Bosch. You can't have better quality for self-catering.
There are other kitchen appliances and plenty of dishes that can be used. An air conditioning unit is not available, but the house stays cool due to the wind. The bathrooms are modern, and the showers have a rain shower installed both above and below. You can't shower better than that! The outdoor area is also beautifully arranged. The pool is nice and clean. You simply feel comfortable. The best sunset you have when you are up in the bedroom and go out on the balcony. This sunset is priceless!!! Ms. Laubach has not disappointed us as always. She takes care of it if any problems arise. She takes care of it in no time. She is always reachable. She fulfills almost every wish. We would even give Ms. Laubach 10 stars if it were possible. But the 5 stars are the least you can give her. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

A dream!
We have found our residence in La Pared… now for the 2nd time we have booked the beautiful apartment on the slope in a very quiet location, and we did it again? During the Easter holidays and again at the end of the year we are in Fuerteventura in this truly paradise-like beautiful house. Very generous for two people, with everything the heart desires - from a perfectly furnished living kitchen to a sweet bedroom with a wonderful view outside - in the morning, the brightness and the climate give you a lovely good morning or Buenas días greeting? ☀️
We often associate the return from the beach with an evening wind-down on the small terrace overlooking the sunset - with a nice red wine and a "greeting" from our very warm-hearted landlady Vera❤️
We thank you for this wonderful break with you and say "hasta luego"

The right place to relax
From the very first moment, we felt very comfortable. Vera remained relaxed, even though she had to wait for us. She gave us some very good tips for the surrounding area and activities on the island. To welcome us, there was even a nice bottle of wine and water on the table. The house is tastefully furnished and nice and clean. In the kitchen, we were pleased to find the air fryer and a milk frother. Even the small details, like the hand soap in the bathroom, were not missing. One could even have towels for the beach. It was very nice and quiet! A terrace to enjoy many beautiful sunsets. A coffee at sunrise, in the seating area in front of the house, is wonderful. All in all: highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in a dream vacation home in La Pared!
Our stay in this vacation home was simply perfect! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host, and the first look at the property excited us. The house is modern, stylishly furnished, and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The absolute highlight was the spacious pool – crystal clear water, perfectly heated, with plenty of room to swim some laps or just relax. The pool area is designed to make you feel completely undisturbed, with comfortable loungers and a dreamy view of the rugged landscapes of La Pared.
The location of the holiday home is also ideal: La Pared is a quiet place, perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle. The nearby beaches are a paradise for surfers and sunbathers alike. At the same time, you can quickly reach Costa Calma or other highlights of the island by car. The house itself was impeccably clean, and the kitchen is excellently equipped – ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking. We spent many evenings on the terrace enjoying the spectacular sunsets over Fuerteventura.
The hostess was always available and gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants. It was evident that she places great importance on her guests feeling completely comfortable. Conclusion: A dreamy stay that we enjoyed in every way. This holiday home is the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a great atmosphere. We will definitely return!

Place of well-being
The house in La Pared was very nice. Beautifully and generously furnished, all rooms with sea views, and in the evening you can admire the most beautiful sunsets from the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is wonderfully quiet; you can hear the crashing waves, and we had a good rest. The beach is within walking distance. In the village, there is a small supermarket, two nice cafes, and a good beach restaurant. We definitely want to come back.
