Location and surroundings of object
Like Costa Calma, the charming village of La Pared on Fuerteventura is located on the narrowest part of the island. It is no more than 5 kilometres from the touristy east coast and from Costa Calma to the wild west coast. The airport is an hour's drive away (70 km).
In La Pared is the large natural beach "El Viejo Rey", which is ideal for surfing.
The second well-known beach and a popular excursion destination is the small bay "Bahia La Pared", where the popular excursion restaurant Caretta Beach is located. Every evening, numerous visitors come here to enjoy the marvellous sunset.

A little dream of this house
My wife and I have known Ms. Laubach for a little longer. Since we wanted to go back to Fuerteventura this year, we contacted Ms. Laubach. She recommended this small house that exceeded our expectations. Small on the outside, beautifully spacious on the inside. We felt at home after just 5 minutes. Everything is tidy and meets modern standards. The kitchen appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher) are from Bosch. You can't have better quality for self-catering.
There are other kitchen appliances and plenty of dishes that can be used. An air conditioning unit is not available, but the house stays cool due to the wind. The bathrooms are modern, and the showers have a rain shower installed both above and below. You can't shower better than that! The outdoor area is also beautifully arranged. The pool is nice and clean. You simply feel comfortable. The best sunset you have when you are up in the bedroom and go out on the balcony. This sunset is priceless!!! Ms. Laubach has not disappointed us as always. She takes care of it if any problems arise. She takes care of it in no time. She is always reachable. She fulfills almost every wish. We would even give Ms. Laubach 10 stars if it were possible. But the 5 stars are the least you can give her. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

A dream!
We have found our residence in La Pared… now for the 2nd time we have booked the beautiful apartment on the slope in a very quiet location, and we did it again? During the Easter holidays and again at the end of the year we are in Fuerteventura in this truly paradise-like beautiful house. Very generous for two people, with everything the heart desires - from a perfectly furnished living kitchen to a sweet bedroom with a wonderful view outside - in the morning, the brightness and the climate give you a lovely good morning or Buenas días greeting? ☀️
We often associate the return from the beach with an evening wind-down on the small terrace overlooking the sunset - with a nice red wine and a "greeting" from our very warm-hearted landlady Vera❤️
We thank you for this wonderful break with you and say "hasta luego"

The right place to relax
From the very first moment, we felt very comfortable. Vera remained relaxed, even though she had to wait for us. She gave us some very good tips for the surrounding area and activities on the island. To welcome us, there was even a nice bottle of wine and water on the table. The house is tastefully furnished and nice and clean. In the kitchen, we were pleased to find the air fryer and a milk frother. Even the small details, like the hand soap in the bathroom, were not missing. One could even have towels for the beach. It was very nice and quiet! A terrace to enjoy many beautiful sunsets. A coffee at sunrise, in the seating area in front of the house, is wonderful. All in all: highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in a dream vacation home in La Pared!
Our stay in this vacation home was simply perfect! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host, and the first look at the property excited us. The house is modern, stylishly furnished, and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The absolute highlight was the spacious pool – crystal clear water, perfectly heated, with plenty of room to swim some laps or just relax. The pool area is designed to make you feel completely undisturbed, with comfortable loungers and a dreamy view of the rugged landscapes of La Pared.
The location of the holiday home is also ideal: La Pared is a quiet place, perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle. The nearby beaches are a paradise for surfers and sunbathers alike. At the same time, you can quickly reach Costa Calma or other highlights of the island by car. The house itself was impeccably clean, and the kitchen is excellently equipped – ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking. We spent many evenings on the terrace enjoying the spectacular sunsets over Fuerteventura.
The hostess was always available and gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants. It was evident that she places great importance on her guests feeling completely comfortable. Conclusion: A dreamy stay that we enjoyed in every way. This holiday home is the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a great atmosphere. We will definitely return!

Place of well-being
The house in La Pared was very nice. Beautifully and generously furnished, all rooms with sea views, and in the evening you can admire the most beautiful sunsets from the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is wonderfully quiet; you can hear the crashing waves, and we had a good rest. The beach is within walking distance. In the village, there is a small supermarket, two nice cafes, and a good beach restaurant. We definitely want to come back.

Da wir dieses Jahr wieder auf Fuerteventura wollten, haben wir Fr.Laubach kontaktiert. Sie hat uns dieses kleine Häuschen was am Ende die Erwartungen gesprengt hat, empfohlen. Von Außen klein, von innen schön geräumig. Wir haben uns direkt nach 5 Minuten wie zuhause wohlgefühlt. Alles ordentlich und es entspricht alles den Modernen Standards. Die Küchengeräte(Herd, Ofen Spülmaschine) von Bosch. Eine bessere Qualität kann man nicht haben für die Selbstverpflegung.
Es gibt noch andere Küchengeräte und auch genug Geschirr was man benutzen darf. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es war nicht, aber das Haus bleibt Kühl durch den Wind. Die Badezimmer sind Modern, die Duschen haben oben und unten eine Regendusche eingebaut. Besser kann man sich nicht abduschen! Auch der Außenbereich ist toll hergerichtet. Der Pool ist schön sauber. Man fühlt sich einfach Wohl. Den besten Sonnenuntergang habt ihr, wenn ihr oben im Schlafzimmer seid, und auf dem Balkon geht. Dieser Sonnenuntergang ist unbezahlbar!!! Fr.Laubach hat uns wie immer nicht enttäuscht. Sie kümmert sich, sollten irgendwelche Probleme auftauchen. Sie kümmert sich im Handumdrehen. Sie ist immer erreichbar. Sie erfüllt sogut wie jeden Wunsch. Wir würden Fr.Laubach sogar 10 Sterne vergeben wenn es gehen würde. Aber die 5 Sterne sind das Mindeste, was man ihr vergeben kann. Wir können vom Herzen diese Unterkunft weiter Empfehlen.
Die Rückkehr nach dem Strand verbinden wir sehr oft mit einem Tagesausklang auf der kleinen Terrasse mit Blick in den Sonnenuntergang - mit einem schönen Rotwein und „Gruß“ von unserer sehr herzlichen Vermieterin Vera❤️

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und schön sauber. In der Küche erfreute uns die Heißluftfritteuse und ein Milchaufschäumer. Auch die Kleinigkeiten, wie z.b. die Handseife im Bad fehlte nicht. Man hätte sogar Handtücher für den Strand haben kömmen.
Es war sehr schön ruhig! Eine Terrasse zum Genießen, von vielen schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Ein Kaffee bei Sonnenaufgang, in der Sitzecke vor dem Haus, ist wundervoll.
Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen!
Der absolute Höhepunkt war der großzügige Pool – glasklares Wasser, perfekt temperiert und mit ausreichend Platz, um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen oder einfach nur zu entspannen. Der Poolbereich ist so gestaltet, dass man sich völlig ungestört fühlt, mit bequemen Liegen und einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die rauen Landschaften von La Pared.
Auch die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideal: La Pared ist ein ruhiger Ort, perfekt für alle, die dem Trubel entfliehen wollen. Die Strände in der Nähe sind ein Paradies für Surfer und Sonnenanbeter gleichermaßen. Gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Auto schnell in Costa Calma oder anderen Highlights der Insel.
Das Haus selbst war makellos sauber, und die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – ideal für alle, die gerne selbst kochen. Wir haben viele Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht und die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge über Fuerteventura genossen.
Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Es war spürbar, dass sie großen Wert darauf legt, dass sich ihre Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.
Fazit: Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir in jeder Hinsicht genossen haben. Dieses Ferienhaus ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und eine tolle Atmosphäre suchen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!
