Description

Welcome to Vikingpark 3 - Westkapelle, your perfect holiday apartment in Zeeland.
With a living area of approx. 50 square meters, our ground floor holiday apartment offers space for up to 6 guests.
It features a living-dining area, three bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds as well as a bunk bed with dual function, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, and washing machine.
Ideal for families or a group of friends. The apartment is fully equipped and offers all amenities for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen features a kitchenette with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven-toaster, and Senseo coffee machine, allowing you to prepare your meals as you wish.
The dining area has attractive furnishings for up to 6 people.
For your convenience, bed linen is provided and there is also a washing machine. For the smallest guests, a crib and a high chair are available.
In the living room, a comfortable leather suite invites you to relax, and a television with satellite reception provides entertainment. The apartment is non-smoking and offers free Wi-Fi throughout the entire park.

Outside, a beautiful garden awaits you with a terrace, awning, and barbecue facilities, ideal for cozy evenings outdoors with garden furniture for 6 people. The playground is located in the immediate vicinity.
A swimming pool in the park provides refreshment on hot summer days.
Complete renovation of the swimming pool in spring 2024.

Beach hut -- Naturally included in the rental price!
From mid-May to mid-September, equipped with two chairs, windbreak, and sunshade.

In spring 2017, installation of new radiators, windows, and doors with multiple insulation glazing.
In autumn 2022, installation of a new kitchenette. In winter 2024, installation of space-saving sliding doors to the bedrooms.
E-charging stations for your electric car are available in the immediate vicinity and a parking space is also available.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Und sollte mal was nicht passen, ist die Familie Behrendt jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich um das Problem.

Buchung und Abwicklung war schnell und sehr einfach. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Betten bei Ankunft bezogen. Das Prinzip des elektrischen Türzylinders war für uns in manchen Situationen super

Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub!

Rundum TOP

We met the Behrendt family during our past vacations and then, due to new circumstances, decided to "stay" with them.

Booking, processing, everything was very pleasant and uncomplicated. The apartment fully met our requirements, and so the vacation with child, dog, and grandparents was simply perfect all around! The accommodation was very clean and the beds were made upon arrival. The principle of the electric door cylinder was simply worth its weight in gold for us in certain situations!

We are happy to come back and are already looking forward to the next vacation!

Great apartment with excellent amenities

The apartment is very nicely furnished. Especially the kitchen equipment, there are plenty of utensils available. The beds were already made, which I thought was great. In the bathroom, there was a bath mat and a small towel available. We felt very comfortable. The fact that you can leave the house without a key is totally brilliant. No fear of losing it, and the child only needs the door code and doesn’t have to ring the bell constantly. There is plenty of storage space available, and the mattresses are comfortable (my back is very picky, I slept like a baby).
The private parking is a nice touch.
It is very quiet and pleasant. You can partly hear the sea rustling.

The surroundings, anyone who knows Westkapelle knows what I mean.
5 minutes to the beach. Step-free access, beach pavilion right on site.
In a few minutes, you can walk to Westkapelle or Zoutelande. The creek is only 1-2 minutes away from the apartment, and you can also take wonderful walks here and observe nature.

Satisfied

We were in this apartment for the second time and were satisfied with it.
We went there with two adults and two children.
Having the beach house included is great. We use it a lot.

It takes about 6 minutes to walk from the apartment to the beach and about 13 minutes to get to the beach house. It's doable.

Unfortunately, we couldn't use the garden and the terrace much this year because the neighbors on both sides smoked outside a lot, which bothers our children very much. Ventilating was also difficult at the back due to the smoke.

The neighbors' dogs constantly came over when we were outside.

But the Behrendt family is not to blame for this situation.

Well-appointed holiday apartment in a great location

The apartment was very clean upon arrival, the beds freshly made. Good equipment, exactly as described. Everything you need was there. Washing machine, gas stove, and dishwasher available, as well as various coffee makers and a kettle. The double bed with a width of 1.40m is a bit narrow, but has a good mattress. We found the mosquito screens on the windows very pleasant. Well-furnished terrace with an electric awning and a small garden with lots of greenery. Quiet location. Near a lake, which was ideal for walking our dog. Small supermarket "Hans" (bread rolls for breakfast) in the neighborhood; additional larger supermarkets in Westkapelle and Domburg. Short walk to the magnificent beach. The absolute highlight for us was the free use of the beach cabin with windbreak and two beach chairs. Very nice landlord, always friendly and helpful with quick responses to inquiries. We were 3 adults and a dog and had enough space in the apartment.
Overall, a very successful holiday in a well-equipped apartment in an excellent location.
We will gladly come back :)

Great apartment and fantastic vacation

We immediately felt comfortable with the landlord of the apartment from the first contact.
The apartment was super clean upon arrival, and as described. Everything needed for a great holiday is available in the apartment. We felt very comfortable with three people and a dog. There is a bakery just around the corner to buy bread, and a supermarket is not far away for larger shopping trips. The North Sea can be reached on foot in about 6 minutes. The beach holiday is rounded off with the private beach house that is included with the apartment.
