This modern, comfortable holiday home occupies half of the split-level villa designed by the two Dutch owners and sits on a 5500 m2 private plot. They sometimes live on the top floor of the back building, but due to the transverse position and the difference in height, everyone has complete privacy. Exclusively for you: 90 m² house, enclosed east terrace, west terrace, swimming pool, hammock terrace and pétanque court. The living room has a very complete kitchen, a nice sitting area with smart TV and access to the east terrace. You can grill on the fenced west terrace. The master bedroom has a 180cm bed and access to the east terrace. The 2nd spacious bedroom has 2 single beds and a sink. There is 1 luxurious bathroom. From your east terrace you go to your exclusive swimming pool at the back with a view of the hills. The first part of the pool is 40 cm deep. Pool heating possible with payment: the pool loses its solar position from October
