The Alpendohle is a cosy and newly renovated holiday flat in beautiful Obermaiselstein, near Oberstdorf, not far from perhaps the most beautiful castle in Germany and close to Austria.
Designed for 3 + 1 (baby cot) persons, with a floor space of approx. 60 square metres, the flat has a bedroom, a children's room, a living/dining area, bathroom with shower and a separate fully equipped fitted kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
The spacious balcony invites you to linger and relax with a view of the greenery.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the house.
A cellar compartment is available on request for the safe storage of bicycles or winter items, for example.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is the ideal starting point for extensive hiking, mountain biking or racing bike tours. In the winter months, the neighbouring ski areas can be reached "quickly". A bus stop, playgrounds and the village centre with restaurants are also within walking distance.
Neuschwanstein Castle or Lake Constance can be reached within an hour by car. For day trips, cities such as Munich or Garmisch Partenkirchen can be reached in under two hours.

Cancellation terms:
- Der Mieter kann vom Mietvertrag schriftlich zurücktreten. Tritt der Mieter vom Mietvertrag zurück, ohne ein Nachmieter zu benennen, sind als Entschädigung unter Anrechnung der ersparten Aufwendungen die folgenden anteiligen Mieten zu entrichten, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist. Bei Rücktritt bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn 20% des Mietpreises, bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn 30% des Mietpreises, bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn 40% des Mietpreises und ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 50% des Mietpreises.
