Welcome to our beautiful holiday flat "Am Bach"! Enjoy your holiday and the fantastic Allgäu mountains in summer and winter in our lovingly furnished holiday flat in a central, quiet village location with a south-facing terrace and a view across meadows to the mountains. Ideally, the flat is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (incl. microwave), SAT-TV and a cellar room. Many leisure and gastronomic facilities are in the immediate vicinity,as well as the Hörnerbahn (6-person cable car) with access to the entire Bolsterlang ski area and the village lift only a few hundred metres away.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located on the ground floor of an Alpine-style house in a quiet village location. The terrace faces south and offers a view across meadows to the Oberstdorf mountains. Due to its location at the back of the house (i.e. not facing the road), you can enjoy undisturbed peace and quiet there - apart from the babbling of the stream running along near the terrace, you will usually hear nothing. Bolsterlang is an idyllic mountain village in the heart of the Allgäu (about 10 km before Oberstdorf). Here you can find peace, serenity and energy for your everyday life. A holiday on the sunny plateau of the Oberallgäu means enjoying a unique view of the peaks of the Allgäu Alps. A huge hiking area with great views of the Allgäu main ridge is right on your doorstep. In winter, you can reach and savour the absolutely family-friendly Bolsterlang ski area in just a few minutes' walk. A few kilometres away by car, the Oberstdorf mountains and the Kleinwalsertal valley offer you almost endless leisure and mountain sports opportunities.
The alpine meadows, which have been cultivated for generations, are a true splendour for nature lovers and gourmets in summer. Allgäu mountain cheese is still made by hand right here on the Alps, just as it was long ago. These gourmet meals are served to you directly on the Alps.
Relaxation in the Allgäu means pure variety - enjoy the heavenly peace and quiet after a strenuous climb up the mountains. Whether on foot or by bike - you have all the options. The tours on offer range from strenuous daily stages with endless metres of altitude to relaxed, flat enjoyment tours along the Iller. The Allgäu also offers an incredible variety of fun sports. In winter, paradisiacal slopes are ready for skiers and snowboarders. Directly between Bolsterlang and Sonderdorf is the entrance to the perfect family skiing area. No accommodation in Bolsterlang and Sonderdorf is further than 300 m from the village lift. Beginners are introduced to skiing and snowboarding at the village lift. The 6-person Hörner cable car takes you up to slopes of various degrees of difficulty. Your children are of course in good hands at our ski schools. The Allgäu is widely known for its hospitality.
Even in our mountain region, which is still dominated by agriculture, you will find courteous and friendly hosts.

Small dogs (up to approx. 15 kg) are welcome on request. However, the property is not fenced. And our neighbours have many geese, ducks, and cats. However, a cross-country line with lawn screw hooks is ready.

Small but nice
Apartment as described, everything available. Handling with landlords straightforward. Very quiet and beautifully located. Gastronomy and village shop (also open on Sundays with bread) in the immediate vicinity. Also the mountain railway. Ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, cycling tours... Would love to come back again ?

Alpine panorama
This flat offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The layout is good, the view is beautiful. The stream flowing by completes the natural atmosphere.

We spent a wonderful week there - the apartment, furnishings, and outdoor facilities are simply beautiful, the view of the Alps is fantastic. The location is quiet - a organic food store and restaurant around the corner - we will gladly come back.

Beautiful, well located apartment
Those who go on vacation in the Allgäu region must know that it is highly developed for tourism and therefore very busy, with all the advantages and disadvantages that come with it.
For those who want to avoid the crowds, this very beautiful apartment is well suited. You can start hiking directly from the house and don't have to fight for a parking space. There are many beautiful hiking trails and, when you come back tired, you can bathe your feet in the beautiful cold Goldbach river right in front of the terrace. You can also go cycling from the house (mountain biking is advisable). It takes 15 minutes to go down to Fischen in the Illertal valley, and it takes twice as long to go back up, which we managed even without an e-bike.
The apartment is well equipped, although the bedroom is a bit small, with the wardrobe door hitting the bed and not being able to put clothes on a chair next to the bed. The lighting can also be improved, as there are no ceiling lamps.
But we gladly accepted these things, as we were able to enjoy the Trettachspitze and Mädelegabel mountains from the apartment during sunrise and sunset. We had a wonderful vacation.

Sweet, great located apartment with everything you need. Beautifully decorated with a nice terrace right by the stream. Close proximity to the cable car. If you want more, you are quickly in Kleinwalsertal. Absolutely recommended. Super nice landlords!

Wir waren super begeistert von der Wohnung. Gemütlich, sauber, sehr idyllisch am Bach gelegen, schöne Terasse. Einen klitzekleinen Minuspunkt : die Kaffeemaschine ist etwas klein. Ansonsten, war wirklich alles top. Jederzeit wieder.

Relaxing stay for man and dog ;O))
The stay in the holiday flat was totally relaxed for us and our dog.The outdoor seating was a pleasure in the beautiful autumn weather,the flat cutely furnished with everything you need.Everything else you need was in the immediate vicinity to reach on foot or by car.Special tip is the alpine dairy in Schweinsberg,very tasty cheese from the region.
We will gladly come back to the Allgäu again.

Can only recommend...
This accommodation is really great. Everything you need is there, and the garden with the little stream and the great view is truly beautiful. We and our dog could relax perfectly here and really enjoyed the short break. You can reach many places in the Allgäu very quickly by car from Bolsterlang, such as Oberstdorf, the large Alpsee in Immenstadt, Sonthofen with the Wonnemar etc. The communication with the landlords was also really nice and completely uncomplicated. Also, a really great value for money. We can only recommend this holiday apartment and will gladly come back!

super wohnung
Man kann die wohnung einfach nur als super bewerten !! Super lage mit dem bächlein vor der Tür da hat sich unser cavalier king charles spaniel sau wohl gefühlt , so wie herrchen und frauchen auch!! Ein verbesserungs punkt hätte ich noch im sommer ein fliegengitter vor den fenstern ansonsten würde ich überall 5punkte geben. Lg grüsse ralf lüders

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Wir waren sehr zufrieden während der 4 Tage. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, wenige Gehminuten vom Skilift, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie von verschieden Gasthöfen entfernt.
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Wohnraum ist auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Gemütliche Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick
In der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt.
Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit schönen Massivholzmöbeln und für die Größe optimal aufgeteilt: gemütliche Essecke, Sofaecke, Schlafbereich. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster ist "Natur pur" zu sehen.
Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer hat Tageslicht, eine große Badewanne und reichlich Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Auf der Terrasse mit vorbeifließendem Bächlein ist man von traumhafter Bergwelt umgeben!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ein ruhiger Ort von traumhafter Natur umgeben.
free time activities: Es gibt wohl reichlich Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die wir jedoch nicht beurteilen können. Wir haben uns bei diesem Aufenthalt aufs Wandern konzentriert, was bei den zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten eine Woche ausgefüllt hat. Gerne hätten wir noch mehr erkundet!
Ausserden hat uns die Nähe zu Oberstdorf sehr gut gefallen.
shopping facilities: Direkt im Ort ist ein Bäcker mit einigen Lebensmitteln, um das Nötigste zu kaufen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fischen.

Der blätschernde Bach
Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein Ort wo ich Ruhe finden konnte, es fehlte an nichts. Auch für Alleinreisende ein wunderschöner Ort der Stille. Klein gemüdlich und warm bei diesen sehr eisigen Temperaturen von fast 30 Grad minus.
Besonders luxuriös war die Badewanne, soetwas findet man sehr selten. Toll!!!
Auch ohne Auto bin ich überall hingekommen, mit der Walser Card kein Problem.
Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert ;)

free time activities: Eine wunderbare Umgebung, eine Stille, im Winter kommen alle auf ihre Kosten, ob man als Spaziergänger die zahlreichen Winterwanderwege, auch Winterhöhenwanderwege ( mit der Hörnerbahn erreichbar, 10 Fussminuten vom Haus entfernt) nutzt, die LL Loipen, Skating,Schneeschuhwandern oder Abfahrtski,
shopping facilities: Ein kleiner Dorfladen der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat, der alles führt was man zum wohlfühlen braucht, sehr nette Bedienung. Ein nettes, kleines, uriges Cafe mit Frühstück ab 8Uhr.
