The complex in Castelnuovo Magra consists of three ancient Ligurian farmhouses renovated respecting the local architectural tradition. On the 7 hectares of land, in addition to the three farmhouses, there is a late 19th century villa where the owners live permanently and another villa with two rental apartments. The 19th century villa is surrounded by a park with a small vegetable garden of about six thousand meters. Vines, olive trees and fruit trees are cared for with passion and professionalism to offer the guests of the farmhouse a natural environment as a backdrop to the splendid apartments. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
