Description
Welcome to the Vogelwiese holiday home in Carlsberg in the Palatinate. Our charming holiday home offers space for up to 8 guests in 120 square metres of living space. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 open sleeping area on the upper floor as well as 2 bathrooms.
The house is surrounded by a large meadow and forest. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace while watching the birdlife, squirrels and sometimes deer. There is plenty of space for outdoor activities, such as table tennis, badminton, football and also relaxation, for example in the hammock with a view of the treetops.
Inside you will find a cosy living room with a fireplace to keep you warm on chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Meals can be taken at the large dining table, which offers enough space for all guests.
All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. A high chair is available for our youngest guests. The downstairs bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin and WC. The upper bathroom has a WC, washbasin and washing machine. Iron and TV are also available.
The holiday home has parking facilities. Long-term rentals are possible. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation.

Location and surroundings of object
Located in Carlsberg, in the Palatinate Forest-North Vosges biosphere reserve.
The house is situated on a park-like property in the Palatinate Forest. Ideal for families with children, hiking groups and nature lovers, also with animals. Garden furniture, hammock, table tennis and a large play area with tree house for the children are available on the 3000 square metre property. While the children let off steam, parents can relax and stretch out their noses in the sun.
With a bit of luck, you can watch the fireflies over a barbecue.
The wine route is within easy reach and wine lovers will get their money's worth.
You can start a hike on the "Klosterweg" or "Burgenwanderweg" directly from the house.
A walk to the Hetschmühle mill or to Hertlingshausen is also very inviting.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
