The Stumpfwald holiday flat is located in the attic of a semi-detached house with 2 flats built in 2020.
The flat is in a preferred location (dead-end street) in the municipality of Ramsen, which belongs to the Eisenberg community
Ramsen is a state-recognised climatic health resort and currently has approx. 1800 inhabitants. In the midst of the Palatinate Forest, the holiday flat is the starting point for short walks, extensive hikes and a number of other leisure activities such as cycling, swimming in the nearby outdoor pool or in the Eiswoog lake
Interesting for self-caterers: shops for daily needs are within 5-10 minutes walking distance
If you prefer to eat out, you will find a Greek and an Italian restaurant within a 3-5 minute walk.
For water rats, the open-air swimming pool in the nearby village of Eisenberg offers fun and cooling.

Location and surroundings of object
You can reach the local community of Ramsen near Eisenberg by car via the A6 or A63 motorways or via the B47 or B48 trunk roads. The Palatinate Wine Route is only a few kilometres away. Ramsen railway station is the terminus of the railway line from Grünstadt or Frankenthal.

You can sleep peacefully in the comfortable box spring double bed. Your clothes can be stored in the spacious wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets. The bedside lamps have an additional USB connection for charging smartphones, etc. Bed linen is provided.
Equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps and a wardrobe, your children will find a place to relax during the day and recharge their batteries for the next day at night. Bed linen is provided.
For your daily body care, the modern tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, towel radiator and mirror is at your disposal. In addition, the holiday flat has a guest toilet with a washing machine.
Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view on the balcony. Chairs and a table are available so that you can end the day outside when the weather is nice.
Our contribution to climate protection: We have installed solar collectors on the roof to heat water. This reduces the use of primary energy and lowers CO2 emissions.

Great value accommodation
The holiday flat can very well be a temporary home where you can relax well. The view from the balcony is wonderful and even if you can't move around very well, relaxation is guaranteed.

Beautiful large and bright flat with modern furnishings and balcony
The flat is located on the upper floor of a new building and can be reached via an easily accessible staircase.
There is a parking space directly in front of the door.
We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful holiday apartment
One very beautiful and comfortably furnished modern holiday apartment in the heart of the Palatinate Forest! The apartment has everything the heart desires for relaxation and enjoyment, including a balcony with a great view of the Palatinate mountains. Highly recommended and yes, we will gladly come back!!!

A top vacation rental!!
This vacation rental offers all the comfort that a guest could wish for! It is top equipped and very clean. Especially in this "rainy week", it was a good place for us where we felt comfortable. From Ramsen, we could discover and enjoy the nature and culture of the Palatinate. The communication with the landlords was timely and informative.
The apartment is definitely recommendable!
