THE APARTMENT
The flat is located in a quiet street in the centre of Torrevieja and has a private parking space in the garage. There is a lift in the apartment complex and is wheelchair accessible. You are 1 street away from, among others, a large supermarket and 2 streets away is Torrevieja's bus station.
The flat has a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms, a cosy living-dining room and a half-open kitchen. The flat is also suitable for families. There is the possibility to add a camp bed in the bedroom. The flat has 3 air conditioners and you may use the communal swimming pool. This is located in the courtyard of the apartment complex and also has a shallow section. (Note: The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September!) The flat is rented with 1 set of towels per person (1 large, 2 small) and bed linen.
THE LAYOUT
Casa de Luz is suitable for 1-5* persons and has 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. These 2 single beds can be stacked to form a single bed, but can also be coupled to create a double bed. A camp bed can be added* to one of the bedrooms, including mattress and mattress cover. Both bedrooms are equipped with shutters, allowing the bedrooms to be darkened.
- The living room is cosy and brightly decorated with a nice sitting area (also a sofa bed), television, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi is available. There is also a dining area in the living room.
- The half-open kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, a combination microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plenty of crockery and cutlery and there is a washing machine for your use.
- The bathroom has been completely renovated and features a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A hairdryer is also available!
- The large bed has a double duvet, the single beds have single blankets and extra pillows are provided.
- There is a parking space (for 1 car) in the garage under the apartment complex, where you can park for free.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is centrally located, in the centre of Torrevieja, a stone's throw from the promenade and several beaches! Here you can enjoy the sea, the beach, a snack and a drink and visit the many nice shops. From Alicante airport you can reach Casa de Luz in 45 minutes by car, taxi, bus or by our own host!
