Discoveries on the Costa Blanca
The charming end-of-terrace house in the Torretta III community in Torrevieja is located directly next to the Laguna Rosa. From the solarium (roof terrace), you can watch the sun set over the water every evening. The house has two large bedrooms, one small bedroom, two bathrooms (one large, one small), and an open kitchen that connects to the living room area. Outside the living area, there is a terrace with large marbled tiles where you can enjoy evenings or mornings.
Being situated exactly between the salt lake and the Mediterranean Sea, the air is very salty, which is beneficial for people with respiratory problems. My friend (a severe asthmatic) had no issues here. He only needed to use his inhaler a few times during a two-week stay. The area is also very peaceful, and the neighbors are all very friendly. The house was very clean upon our arrival.
You can reach everything in 10-15 minutes with the bicycles. There are restaurants nearby, but I recommend visiting the Friday market. Insider tip: The Winzer. If the weather isn't great, you can light the fireplace in the house and watch anything your heart desires on a new Android TV. The house also has air conditioning for really hot days.
There are plenty of nearby and distant excursions to explore. Mountains for hiking, Cartagena or Valencia are worth a day trip. The value for money is definitely on point here.
It was a real pleasure to be here and explore the Costa Blanca from this location. Will definitely come back!

We were here for golfing and are very satisfied with everything! A very nicely furnished house, everything you need for daily life is available, carport right next to the house. Very clean and inviting with plenty of space and 2 terraces, awesome. The nature reserve by the large salt lake is perfect for chilling and offers a magnificent view. Good location, shops, restaurants, and the beach just 10 minutes away. The property managers are very helpful and available for any questions at any time. We would love to come back, thank you for everything!

We were here spontaneously in January and will definitely come back!
When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the housekeeper couple and shown around the house. Every question was answered, and we had quite a few! Everything was spotlessly clean and warmly furnished, so you immediately feel at ease.
In the kitchen you can find everything and more, even a smoothie maker!
We also had sun almost every day, it couldn't have been more beautiful!
Thank you, we will be back!

Pure relaxation
I was here with a friend to relax and we really got our money's worth. The accommodation is shiny and radiant, smells pleasant, and the facilities are better than at home.
Moreover, it was quiet.
A lot of attention to detail was put into this place and you quickly pick up on that feeling, which makes you feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to leave, but we will definitely come back.

Eigentlich ein nettes Haus-Aber! Die Unterkunft bräuchte dringend eine Grundreinigung und ein paar Investitionen(Vordach,Duschabtrennung,Carport,rostige Seifenablagen uvm,)Uns die Unterkunft zu vermieten,obwohl ein Kakerlakenbefall bekannt war,ist schlicht eine Frechheit.Die Verwalter vor Ort sind zwar nett,aber keine wirkliche Hilfe.Hat jemand eine Katzeallergie sollte er dort wegbleiben(viele Streuner vor Ort-viele Katzenhaare im Haus).Solte Jemand dies Objekt buchen wollen,lassen Sie sich schriftlich bestätigen,dass es Ungezieferfrei ist,denn 2Wochen Kammerjäger zu sein ist nicht lustig-glauben Sie mir
