Discover your perfect holiday in the Habitación Santomera holiday flat in Torrevieja, on the beautiful Costa Blanca, in the Valencia region.
This stylish 71 square metre non-smoking holiday flat can accommodate up to 5 guests and has 2 cosy bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen with laundry & storage room and a living/dining room with an adjoining balcony of approx. 12 sqm.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building. It is only approx. 200m from the beautiful Playa del Acequion, which you can reach on foot. The building has a lift and a communal pool in the centre.
The furnished balcony overlooks the beautiful Plaza Islas Canarias park and to the side you can see the sea.
There is a cosy sofa in the living room where you can enjoy your days off. There is also a TV, a stereo system and air conditioning. The adjoining dining area has a large dining table that seats 6 people. Here you can start the day with a hearty breakfast or play board games.
A small corridor leads from the living room to the bedroom/bathroom area.
In the first bedroom, which has a window to the balcony, there is a French double bed with two bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe. (A ceiling fan is currently being retrofitted)
The second bedroom has a window to an internal atrium and has two single beds. There is also a built-in wardrobe here. (A ceiling fan is currently being retrofitted)
The bathroom in the centre has a bathtub in which you can warm up on cooler days. You can also shower in the bath. In addition to a WC and a bidet, there is also a washbasin and a mirror in the bathroom. A hairdryer is also available.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a microwave and a fridge. In addition to crockery and kitchen utensils, there is also a kettle.
The adjoining laundry/storage room is equipped with a washing machine so that you always have fresh laundry even during longer stays. An ironing board and iron are also available. The water heater is also located here. This room also has a window to the inner atrium.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, but not in the flat.
You can park your car in the garage belonging to the flat. This is located in the building opposite in a locked car park.
The flat can also be rented on a long-term basis. In the period from November to the end of May, the monthly rent is € 550 plus electricity and water.
