Description
The 77 square metre flat (plus attic with approx. 30 square metres of floor space!) is located on the upper floor of a semi-detached house and was extensively renovated in 2024. (Almost) everything is new, lovingly selected and put together. The flat is bright and modernly furnished. Of course there is fast WLAN (100 MBit).
The holiday flat is located in a quiet residential street with very little traffic and one to two-family houses. Nevertheless, you can reach the Reinfeld motorway junction in no time, from where you can reach Lübeck in 10 minutes and Hamburg in 30 minutes.
Large living/dining room
Enjoy pleasant hours on the large cosy couch, which can be converted into a comfortable double bed if required. You can watch over 100 TV programmes on the 55-inch Smart TV. The soundbar with subwoofer creates a cinema atmosphere. There is enough space for everyone at the large dining room table. The staircase leads from the dining room to the top floor.

Bedroom in the attic
Certainly one of the highlights!
You can reach the converted loft via a steep staircase from the living room. Up here there is a comfortable box-spring double bed, a cot with changing mat and several chests of drawers for your laundry.
There are two Velux windows that can be darkened.
We offer mobile air conditioning for hot days.
The loft has a floor area of 30 square metres, due to the sloping roof these square metres are not included in the living space of 77 square metres. The staircase to the top is safe and professional. Please note, however, that the stairs to the top floor are not suitable for small children or people with walking difficulties. Of course, we offer you a railing at the top and bottom of the stairs. Simply pull it out and hook it in - done.
Small bedroom with double bunk bed
Here you will find a sturdy double bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers and the most comfortable beanbag in the world (at least!).
The double bunk bed has a sleeping area of 90 x 200 cm and is therefore also suitable for adults.
For our younger guests we offer a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.

We will of course provide you with fresh towels.
Cloakroom / hallway
Directly behind the entrance door is the spacious hallway from which the individual rooms lead off. Protected by a sliding door, you will also find the cloakroom here. Here you will find plenty of coat hangers for your jackets, a shoe bench, an iron and ironing board as well as a fire pit and a first aid kit.
All sockets are fitted with child protection. The staircase to the attic can be secured from above and below with a pull-out safety gate for children.
Our aim is to equip the holiday flat with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
You can easily remove the keys from the key box. We will send you the code in good time before your arrival. If you would prefer a personal welcome with a short introduction to the holiday flat, please let us know.
Use the washing machine in the basement. You will also find a tumble dryer there. For our younger guests we offer a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.
We send all guests a list of the things you will find in our house in advance so that you don't have to bring them with you.
We offer all our guests free towels and bed linen.
Of course we have thought about your safety. The flat is equipped with smoke detectors. You will also find a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket within easy reach.
You have the entire flat on the upper floor and the converted loft to yourself.
You can reach the flat via the front door and a staircase to the upper floor. You can get the keys from a key box right next to the front door.
There is a large carport in the courtyard with a parking space reserved for you.
Bringing your bikes or eBikes with you? Great - you can store them safely and protected from the weather in the lockable shed.
Please note that the driveway is quite narrow at 2.5 metres wide.
This is not a problem for "normal" cars, but very wide SUVs may not be able to "get through". No problem - simply park in the driveway.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday flat is located in a quiet residential street with very little traffic and one to two-family houses. Nevertheless, you can reach the Reinfeld motorway junction in no time, from where you can reach Lübeck in 10 minutes and Hamburg in 30 minutes.
Reinfeld is a modern, state-recognised resort and is known as the "carp town". Just under 8,500 inhabitants have many good reasons for living here. The town itself is surrounded by a typically northern German landscape.
There are many cycle paths, a picturesque lake with a carp farm and direct connections to Lübeck, Hamburg, the Baltic coast and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Reinfeld is part of the HVV public transport network, so you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 28 minutes by regional express train from the railway station, which is just a 5-minute walk away.
Lübeck main station is the next stop in the direction of the coast. Speaking of the coast - the regional express runs from Reinfeld to Travemünde. Get off - and you're on the beach.
There are an incredible number of excursion options, sights, events, locations and much more.
The sea? Sophisticated seaside resorts such as Scharbeutz or Timmendorfer Strand are 30 minutes away. Travemünde, the Baltic coast in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, great coastal towns such as Laboe or Wismar and many fantastic places and beaches are within easy reach.
Culture? Lübeck as a Hanseatic city and world cultural centre. The Günther Grass House, the Buddenbrookhaus, countless museums - it's impossible to cover it all here.
Nature? Holstein Switzerland, the Herrenteich pond right in town, the beautiful coastal landscape and 6 nature parks in Schleswig Holstein alone. Large and small lakes with the possibility of swimming, a boat trip or a canoe tour.
Sport / Hiking? Fancy 180 km on the nature park hiking trail through 4 nature parks? Kitesurfing? Swimming in the Baltic Sea? Adventure pools?
A big city? The cosmopolitan city of Hamburg is exactly 28 minutes by train from Reinfeld.
