additional information about rental price:
| Heating is charged according to consumption (from May-September the heating is off and is only switched on on request), from October-April a lump sum of 50 euros/night is charged in advance in the booking (overpaid money is paid back with the deposit, underpaid heating costs are deducted from the deposit). The underfloor heating will be turned on 8 hours before arrival, so that you come into a warm house, 17 cents per kWh = 4,28 € per cbm Rentable from 2 nights. Easter, Whitsun and over Christmas from 4 nights Arrival between 4pm-6pm or later by arrangement, departure by 11am. Cancellation terms:
- bei einer Stornierung bis 3 Wochen vor Anreise wird die Anzahlung so lange einbehalten bis ein anderer Feriengast den von Ihnen gebuchten Zeitraum übernimmt ( die noch nicht getätigte Restzahlung entfällt in diesem Fall). Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb der 3 Wochen vor Anreise ( Restzahlung ist schon getätigt) wird der Gesamtbetrag einbehalten bis ein anderer Feriengast den gebuchten Zeitraum übernimmt. Reisen Sie trotz Zahlung nicht an, werden nur die schon bezahlten NK und die Kaution erstattet. Bei einem touristichen Reiseverbot in Schleswig-Holstein werden alle getätigten Mietzahlungen zurück erstattet.

due to the enormous size and value of the house, we ask for understanding with the following information: it is not suitable for groups to party, no youth groups, a setting up of beer taps is not allowed, pets (many holiday guests suffer from allergies) are not allowed and from 10 pm please keep quiet outside, please do not enter the living room with street shoes, slippers or socks with pimples please bring, thank you !

Cancellation conditions: in case of cancellation of the rental of the holiday home, the already paid rental amount will be retained until another holiday guest takes over the cancelled booking period.
