Characteristic farmhouse on the hills between Lucca and the sea, completely independent with a fully enclosed terraced garden, semi-inverted hexagonal pool (3m diameter, 1,40m deep). Perfect for families with children and for those who travel with animals! On the edge of the historic center of the characteristic and evocative medieval village of Gualdo, immersed in olive groves is this completely independent farmhouse. The house has a terraced garden (50sqm) completely enclosed (fence height 1.20m) and equipped with a large gazebo equipped with table, chairs, brick barbecue, veranda and a semi-inground hexagonal pool (3m deep 1.40m deep) equipped with deckchairs and outside shower. About 30m from the house there is a large plot (2000 sqm) on terraces with olive trees always owned by the house where you can park cars and where children can play.The house is furnished in rustic style with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and mezzanine, colorful walls, fans in the bedrooms and mosquito nets. Perfect base from which to discover the beautiful Tuscany! In the nearby you will discover: the Romanesque church of Pi the Epium, Pieve di Santa Caterina di Bozzano, the Migliarino natural park, the Roman thermal baths of Massaciuccoli and the homonymous lake to the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia (about 12 km away) and close to some of the most important cities 'art of Tuscany: Lucca at 15 km; Pietrasanta at 20 km; Pisa 30 km away, Florence less than 100 km. The lovers of typical Tuscan cuisine will enjoy some great specialties in the quaint restaurant that is just a short distance from the house or decide to take part in one of the many country festivals or festivals that fill the fine summer nights with good food, music and dancing. Picturesque house, ideal for a family. The bathroom was small, but doable. The region and the view over the valley made up for it!
