Modern attic studio directly on and with a view over the dyke in the seaside resort of Neßmersiel on the East Frisian North Sea coast.

Nessmersiel is also known as the Mecca for mudflat walkers, as most of the mudflat walks on the North Sea coast start from here.

The sandy beach, harbour, town centre with restaurants and the Sturmfrei family centre with wellness oasis and sauna area are all within walking distance.

Bright living area with cosy furnishings and colour TV. Small kitchenette with fridge, cooker and microwave. Sleeping area with double bed measuring 1.40m x 2.00m, built-in wardrobe which also serves as an optical room divider.

Modern bathroom with bathtub with shower screen and WC.

In the garden area there is a small terrace for the exclusive use of the guests.

Bicycles can be used free of charge at your own risk.

If you do not wish to bring your own bed linen and towels, you can hire them from us.

The holiday flat is located directly behind the dyke. The beach and harbour as well as the Sturmfrei leisure centre are within easy walking distance.

Neß mersiel is also known as the Mecca of mudflat hikers and is a state-recognised coastal resort that belongs to the Do rnum district. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.

There is an approx. 25,000 m² bathing beach with beach chairs and play equipment.

The intergenerational family and leisure centre Sturmfrei is unique on the East Frisian North Sea coast and offers over 3,000 m² of indoor space with a wellness and sauna landscape for young and old, so that boredom is a thing of the past even in "non-beach weather".
